Parfait en tous points

Très bonne location, plaisir du petit jardin, belle espace confortable, jolie décoration, propreté +++, accueil +++ que demander de plus? Le quartier est légèrement excentré mais avec bus à deux pas pour centre ville. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil très cordial.

Sehr erholsam und in Citynähe

Brunos und Kettys Ferienhaus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos erkennbar: geräumig, mega sauber, alles vorhanden, schöner Garten und es liegt angenehm ruhig. Innenstadt und alle weiteren Orte sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Excellent séjour à la Rochelle

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à la Rochelle. La location est un peu excentrée du centre ville ce qui permet d être au calme. Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée et nous avons été très bien accueilli par Bruno et Ketty. Tout a été parfait.

Schöne Urlaubswoche in La Rochelle

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche. Die Gastgeber Bruno und Kitty waren sehr nett und haben uns gut informiert. Die Lage des hübschen, gut ausgestatteten Hauses war perfekt. Wir waren mit unseren eigenen Rädern da. Bis zum Hafen und dem hübschen Stadtzentrum 10 min. Auch die Badestrände waren gut auf den ausgeschilderten Radwegen zu erreichen.

Séjour idéal

Accueil chaleureux avec la bouteille de Pineau, un jus de fruit et une bouteille d’eau minérale dans le frigo ! De quoi désaltérer les assoiffés après 8h de route. Propreté irréprochable, conception des lieux très fonctionnelle. Je recommande cette location qui conviendra aux cuisinières. Tout est prévu pour confectionner des petits plats ! Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante. Merci à Bruno et Ketty. On retient l’adress.

Super maison idéalement située

Une maison parfaite pour une famille. Nous étions deux adultes et trois enfants. La maison n'est qu'à 10mn en vélo du centre ville et du port et à 15-20mn de la plage des minimes. L'accueil des propriétaires a été aux petits soins et nous les remercions encore pour les petites attentions de bienvenue! La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin est très appréciable en fin de journée pour les enfants et adultes. Le quartier est très calme et reposant et la proximité avec les propriétaires est appréciable. Nous reviendrons pour sûr dans cette charmante ville de La Rochelle et ce sera sans aucun doute dans cette maison!

Une bonne semaine de vacances

Très bon accueil de Ketty et Bruno, une maison et jardin très agréables, bien équipés. Une bonne proximité du centre ville, des commerces... accessibles à vélo. De bons conseils donnés par Ketty et Bruno des visites à réaliser dans les alentours. Une semaine de séjour a été trop courte pour tout faire... On a envie de revenir.

Havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bruno et Ketty, la maison est très bien conçue et équipée pour vous assurer de superbes vacances reposantes , le jardin calme et ensoleillé est un véritable plus pour les bains de soleil au vert ou les dîners à la fraîche Le soir après avoir visité la région. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter La Rochelle et sillonner les jolies plages et villes alentour. L’accueil De nos hôtes était charmant et les conseils donnés bien utiles! Lovely house and owners

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and within easy reach of the City centre - about 15-20 minutes on foot. There's a supermarket and other local shops no more than 10 minutes away on foot and if you've got a car it's really easy to get onto the main routes to explore the area further. Bruno and Ketty, the owners, are lovely and really helpful. They're on hand for any questions or queries you may have.

Avec vélo - sensationnel

Ein sauberes, gemütliches Haus mit großzügigem Garten verhilft zu einem erholsamen Urlaub nahe des wunderschönen Zentrums von La Rochelle. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell und unkompliziert an vielen Stränden und im Stadtgebiet unterwegs. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen. Äußerst freundliche Vermieter! Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Nous venons de terminer notre séjour chez Bruno. C'était parfait. La maison parfaitement équipée, est située dans un quartier très calme. Pour profiter au mieux des attraits de la ville, les pistes cyclables se trouvent au bout de la rue et elles mènent directement au port ainsi qu'au centre ville en quelques minutes. Pour les amateurs de footings un parcours se trouve à moins de 100m de la maison…. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir Ph.

Stadtnahes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Für 2 Wochen waren wir ( 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ) Gast bei Ketty und Bruno. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und anfallende Fragen wurden ausgiebig beantwortet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen um die Ecke. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und gut und ruhig gelegen. Ins Zentrum sind wir gerne gelaufen ( ca. 20 Min.). Zurück haben wir manchmal den Bus benutzt, was recht unkompliziert war. Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Ile de Re, Fouras, Rochefort, Bootstouren nach Ile d`Aix und Ford Boyard. Ein kleiner Intermarche und Bäcker sind ganz nah. Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Gepflegte Erholsamkeit

Wir haben den Urlaub in La Rochelle genießen können, weil das Haus sauber, gepflegt, gemütlich ist und in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend liegt. Der Garten ist sicht- und windgeschützt angelegt und lädt zum Essen und Verweilen ein. La Rochelles Altstadt und Hafen sind fußläufig in 20 Min zu erreichen, bieten viele Märkte, Geschäfte und kulinarische Highlights. Der Hafen ist "voller Musik" - immer finden sich dort Straßenmusiker, die zum Zuhören einladen, oder auch organisierte Konzerte von Pop bis Klassik (haben wir alles erlebt!) Der Strand Les Minimes ist mit dem Auto in 10 Min zu erreichen. Die Gezeiten spielen dort keine große Rolle, es ist immer genügend Wasser zum Schwimmen da. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Fantastic House

We are just back from staying 2 weeks in this house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there . Bruno and Ketty could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The house has everything you need to make your stay home from home . The bus stop into La Rochelle is about a 5-7 mom walk from house and buses are frequent and reliable. From La Rochelle you can go on a boat tour round Fort Bouyard and then onto to the island Ile Aix which is beautiful and weak son hot bus from La Rochelle to Ile De Re which we loved and went 3 times to different places , great value for money at 5 Euro’s return. All in all a fab holiday and fab house. We did miss having British TV though.
