This Village by the Beach town home was built in 2016 and is a favorite on the island. It is furnished with beautiful wood-like flooring and comfortable plush furniture. Upon arriving you can relax not only in the home, but also in the amazing pool area. This pool is one of the best on the island and feels like a tropical resort. Beautiful kiddie pool and flowing fountains will bring peace to your vacation days.

This home is 2-story. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a king sized bed with comfortable memory-foam mattress, plus a queen sleeper credenza in the living area. Upstairs there are two queen bed with comfortable mattresses. Total this house will sleep is 8. Perfect for family gatherings! There is no need to skimp on the luggage as there are plenty of over-sized closets and storage.

And of course, you'll want to soak up the sun while on the island knowing that when you return you will have all the amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops, nice linens, quilts, towels, 3 VIZIO TV's, dedicated private WIFI and much more. All simply arranged with you and your family in mind.

There is something for everyone here on North Padre Island. For your relaxing pleasure you will want to enjoy the patio outside the front door, as well as the balcony that overlooks the pool area. Beautiful place to begin your morning with coffee or wind down in the evening with a drink.
