Enjoyed a relaxing stay. Clean home. Mostly well appointed (did not include sheets and bath towels). Wonderful location very short walk to the beach and access behind rental to put in a kayak or paddle board. Owners were very helpful. Highly recommend!
We were provided the whole House (both Units) for a Bachlorette Party - the layout was much different then what was perceived but we made it work! Unfortunately we spent most of our time downstairs because there was only outdoor access to the upstairs unit - so it wasn’t very easily accessible. Especially because we were totally rained out the whole weekend and had one guest on crutches. The upstairs Unit is much more modern with the view (awesome by the way!) but again, it was a total waste for us. We made our way to the back private breezeway, which was very a great touch, but didn’t see any private beach. Again, we didn’t do much exploring outside, we were washed out so we could’ve missed it. There was no laundry available to use in the units, that’s definitely something we could’ve used. The location is great, close to everything and very quiet. Plenty of room and parking. Big backyard if you were to entertain and the Hosts were nice and even accommodated an early check-in which was very helpful!
It was such a great location/house for a family getaway. The town was awesome, the house had a path right to the beach that was easy! Highly recommend this place !
Great table for playing games. Beds comfortable. Patio and BBQ very nice. A screen door in the front would have been nice for airflow. It was warm while we were there.
We rented both floors of the house and had plenty of space for our small party of 7. We spent most of our time in the upstairs living room and on the huge 1st floor back deck. Walk to the beach and seafood. Spectacular sunset and sunrise. The canal is simply beautiful. We took a quick ride to the drive in to see Jaws which was a really fun experience.
Nick and Sylvia have a perfect home for a summer getaway. Our family and friends rented both units and it also everyone comfortably while offering prime beach access. Great views from the upper deck and backyard access to the water if you bring a kayak or canoe. Very friendly neighborhood! Nick and Sylvia are 5 star hosts.

Great location, greats hosts
We rented the entire unit (upstairs and downstairs) for our friends birthday. The two units are completely separate but 11 of us fit very comfortably. The upstairs rental would be awesome for just a couple to rent! The porch upstairs had a great view and the back lower deck was nice and cozy. There are 2 grills which was a huge plus for our backyard BBQ. The kitchens are furnished and there are coffee pots in both units which was great. We were able to walk 2 minutes to a private portion on Misquamicut and there is a place to launch your kayak or canoe right in the back yard. There was a drive in movie theatre up the road we went to on Friday night and we were able to uber to the Andrea on Saturday when the weather wasn't that great. If you're not familiar with the area, Silvia and Nick put together a nice little guide of restaurants and things to do. We took one of there recommendations for Sunday breakfast and it was great! Sylvia was very responsive via phone and text and left detailed instructions for how to care for the home which was very helpful. I highly recommend staying here with a large/small group or couple.

Peaceful, Cozy, and Comfotable
Nicholas and Silvia are very gracious and welcoming hosts who are very approachable and did their best to make our stay as nice as possible. We really enjoyed renting from them. The house was ideal for the large group we had and it was great to have two separate areas my parents and siblings and my husband, kids and myself. The beach was so close and very nice, but one of the main highlights of the trip was kayaking in the breachway right behind the house! We spent so much time at the beach and kayaking that we didn't even have time to explore some of the other local attractions! The house has had lots of updates and is very attractive and homey. There are some things that still need updated and improved, but they are minor. We would happily come back and spend more time. Thank you Nicholas and Silvia for making this special time happen for our family!

Hi there! We are new owners but our family has been enjoying this beach for many years. We're thrilled to offer this home for other families to enjoy and make memories. NIck and Silvia
Why they chose this property
This property is one of the very few two-family properties in the Misquamicut Beach area. This home not only has private beach access but backyard access to the scenic Weekapaug Breachway, perfect for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Excellent location- steps from the ocean but close to shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
We knew we were always meant to own a beach home on this road. We ultimately fell in love with this home for its spectacular views, proximity to the ocean and its bright/inviting charm. Each unit has its own feel - the bottom unit, offering a rustic cottage interior with modern amenities. The top unit has a modern nautical feel with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
