Maisonette of 32 m2 250 m from the beach, 400 m from shops and 1300 m from the city center. Bus stop in the summer nearby.
Upstairs bedroom with 140 bed, two bunk beds in an alcove at the entrance and possibility of a BZ sofa, ideal for 2 adults and two children (but 6 beds possible.)
LCD TV in main room and in bedroom, kitchen with dishwasher, hot plate. Multifunction fridge and oven. Shaded garden with table, 6 chairs and armchairs, gas barbecue.
Many board games and books available.
Renovated spring 2016.
In the main room, table up and down, (living room table convertible into a classic table up to 6 place settings.

Tres bonne semaine a saint georges de didonne

Petite location de vacances tres calme et agreable. Très bien située et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Petit bemol sur la douche qui etait bouchée et le lave vaisselle qui nettoie mal et laisse des traces.

Séjour ST Georges de Didonne

A notre arrivée, ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis plusieurs semaines ( traces de fourmis au RDC et à l'étage ). La petite cour n'avait pas été nettoyée. Vaisselle propre. La maison est très petite, sombre, escalier dangereux avec des pas japonais. Le gros point positif c'est la situation de la maison par rapport à la mer dans un quartier tranquille. Attention en pleine saison le bruit doit être important.

le bonheur

les descriptions étaient conformes, endroit sympa, la plage juste à coté est très appreciable, de belles balade a faire dans un cadre magnifique.la personne qui nous a accueilli est charmante.juste un point négatif, la douche est vraiment petite. cette semaine de vacances nous laissera un très grand souvenir.merçi a tous de nous avoir permis de passer unséjour formidable.

Location correcte à deux pas de la mer. Bonne situation car tout peut se faire à pied ou en vélo. A noter cependant la présence d'un escalier très raide (voire dangereux...) pour accéder à la chambre en mezzanine.

Ce qu'il saisit quand vous rentrez c'est l'odeur pas très agréable

Dans cette location cafetière Nespresso HS une autre cafetière normal trop petit escalier japonais pas très commode la douche très petit le barbecue très sale

Super vacances au calme à st Georges de didonne

Tout était comme décrit. Petite location avec terrasse et place de parking réservée pour la voiture.Nous étions a 6mn de la plage.C'est vraiment un endroit très agréable et calme .Il y avait aussi une très grande forêt à 2mn de la location, ou nous avons fait de bonnes balades.Restaurants a proximité. Cette location est vraiment super.

Location pour 2 personnes maxi

Les +: Location accepte un animal de compagnie.. Proximité de la plage.. Tarif honnête Bon couchage Les -: Pièce principale sombre, donc location à réserver pour grand beau temps. L'escalier est une échelle de meunier à pas japonais, donc très pentu! A déconseiller aux personnes très âgées , ou aux enfants L'espace disponible me parait réserver cette location qu'au maximum un couple et 2 enfants.

Super maison avec emplacement idéal

Petite maison très agréable et très bien équipé (Barbecue à gaz, tv, lave vaisselle, machine nespresso...) et très agréable. Situation idéale à 3 minutes de la plage à pied et dans une résidence très calme. Quelques petits magasins à côté et centre ville à 25 minutes à pied. Literie de très bonne quantité. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 enfants

Goed verzorgde praktische kleine woning rustig gelegen en 200m van de zee . Wordt voldig ontsmet na elk gastgezin .
