Direct Gulf Front Sunsuite on the top floor of the Dunes in Gulf Shores Plantation. Amazing sunrises and sunsets !!!The Balcony door and double window has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The side window faces down the beach where you have spectacular sunsets. In the Dining area you have a window that you can see the Mobile Bay. There’s 6 pools (one is an indoor saltwater pool, one is an outdoor saltwater pool and a kiddie pool), an outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed May 15 - September 15), new 11x12 ft indoor saltwater hot tub, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball Court, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort located next door is the number one rated Golf Course in Alabama. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available to rent during peak seasons.

This condo is in a great location. A nice drive down a tree lined road and not just rows and rows of condos as there are in other locations around the area. Beautiful view of the beach.

Small studio perfect for two with a beautiful view from the top floor. The condo is far enough to allow for uncrowded beaches with an easy drive to the heart of Gulf Shores.

Mr . Anthony was the best and if I ever had a question, he responded right away . The condo was amazing and I hope to rent from him again . He even sent a text to see if I made it , as a single mom traveling with my daughter and myself, that meant a lot .

Quick getaway

The condo had a great view. It was the perfect size for me, and had everything i needed. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean during the storm. I will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Very nice view from balcony. Easy access to the beach and many different options for pools. The room is very small but perfect for a small family or couple. Had everything we needed. The pull out mattress wasn’t very comfortable but none really are. The beach wasn’t over crowded. I would return with my family!

Get away for our 35th wedding anniversary

My husband and I wanted a beach get away for our 35th wedding anniversary! I ran across this condo and the location, price, and size seemed perfect for what we were looking for. The condo did not disappoint, very clean, well decorated, views of the ocean and bay from every window. The host, Anthony was great to work with and went above what we even expected to make our stay great! Beach was not overcrowded and restaurants were as close or as far as you wanted to travel, all great! Thanks again Anthony, we would definitely book again❤️

Very nice property, clean grounds and building, well lit parking lot, nice restaurant (Sassy Brass), easy access to the beach, nice pool, nice lobby. The unit we stayed in had great views from every window. --Needs better grills onsite. --The flooring, wall and baseboards behind and under the bed in our unit was really dirty. Nightstand shelves were very dusty. ---Queen size bed a bit small for 2 adults to sleep confortably.

Everything was perfect. The view was better than the pictures. The location of condo to the ocean was great. We watched dolphins and other wildlife from out balcony. From every angle of the condo you could see the beach and ocean. The host was AMAZING. He sent immediate emails with information of booking and details. Then sent another one to give suggestions of local attractions and places to eat including directions. He sent the paperwork for parking pass in advance so all we had to do was enjoy our stay. I had the door(my fault) when I called he answered immediatley with the info that I got wrong. He was kind and polite about my misunderstand. We can't wait to stay here agai!

Above and Beyond- Highly Recommend

My little family of 3 had a great extended weekend getaway, and this condo made it perfect! We flew in late on our arrival day, and Anthony was on site and actually helped us carry in our luggage at 11pm, which was greatly appreciated with an infant and tired wife. He gave us some bottled waters and a welcome bottle of wine as well, and was available all weekend and even offered to help us load our luggage when we left! Anthony is very responsive and makes sure your stay is perfect. The room was very clean and had unbeatable views, especially for the price. THIS is the condo to book at the resort. Top floor, corner studio with windows on the side to give you a better view! We will be returning and hope to be able to book this condo on our return. The resort is amazing- 24/7 security, tons of amenities, uncrowded beach space, etc. It is definitely off the beaten path, but that’s why we loved it. We drove into the touristy parts and made the 15 minute drive back at night to peace and quiet. Note: It is a studio condo so it is meant for a single smaller family (up to 4) or perfect for a couples’ getaway!
