About this property

We only take reservations for the months of July and August from January onwards.
House located in a very beautiful village in southern Corsica, between Sartène and Bonifacio.
Very beautiful beaches nearby (Furnellu, Roccapina, Caldarelo Saint Jean) as well as many walks (Omu de Cagna, Tour Olmetto, La Testa).
The Figari golf course, renowned for windsurfing and kite surfing, is 15 minutes away.
At 5 km the village of Pianottoli has shops (supermarket, bakery, cafe).

Maison de village typique, vue mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 7 dans cette grande maison! Accueil très agréable de Muriel. La maison est pleine de charme et la vue … !!! Les ventilos sont les bienvenus dans les 2 chambres du 2eme étage et le coin repas dehors est agréable. À noter: une invasion de fourmis impressionnante à tous les étages!

Séjour très agréable dans une maison typique avec jardin

Très belle maison typique du village de Monacia d’Aullène avec jardin Les plus de cette maison : chambres spacieuses et extérieur très agréable, entre autres. C’est la deuxième année que nous passons nos vacances là.

Propre et pratique

Très bon accueil de la part de Muriel. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La cuisine est petite et il n'y a pas de "pièce à vivre" mais la terrasse avec le salon de jardin et l'autre partie sous la tonnelle, permettent de vivre très aisément à l'extérieur, on est en corse ! et la vue est magnifique. Très bon séjour (Juin 2022)

Bien situé et agréable

Très joli village, bien situé, très bon accueil de la part de la personne qui remet les clefs, une personne vraiment sympathique. Néanmoins sur l'annnonce il est dit que l'on peut accéder à la propriété à partir de 14h, en réalité pas avant 18H. Avec des enfants en bas âge et des courses de frais dans la voiture, ça complique beaucoup les choses. Propreté générale ok, en revanche une invasion de fourmis sur tout le rez de chaussée, salle de bain comprise qui gâche un peu le tout. Pour le prix à la nuit, on se serait passé de ces désagréments. Nous en garderons tout de même un bon souvenir.

Très bon séjour à Monacia dans une maison charmante

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec jardin. Cette maison typique, très spacieuse, et joliment décorée nous a permis de passer de belles vacances, reposantes, au calme et non loin de grands sites à visiter en Corse. À refaire !

Maison au calme

La maison est au calme dans un village très agréable, avec une belle vue sur la mer. La description correspond aux lieux, heureusement que la terrasse est grande car il n'y a pas de pièce commune. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Bcp de fourmis...

petite maison en pierre

appartement typique joli mais pas pratique ne convient pas à toute personne chambre à l'étage surtout au dernier galère c'est un appartement pour 4 personnes chambre spacieuse et confortable mais parquet beaucoup de bruit nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de même joli extérieur calme

Piacevole soggiorno in tipica casa corsa!

Proprietà conforme alla descrizione. Tipica casa corsa in pietra risalente a fine Ottocento, ben tenuta, di ampia metratura, distrubuita su tre livelli, completamente equipaggiata (lavatrice, microonde e lavastoviglie), piacevole area esterna. Buona la comunicazione con l'host, che si avvale di una presenza in loco (parlare un francese seppur basico è essenziale). Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con la casa. Posizione strategica per visitare il Sud della Corsica, si trova entro 30-40 minuti dai posti più interessanti (Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, ecc). Noi abbiamo apprezzato di più stare in zona est di Bonifacio, più tranquillo, meravigliose spiagge a Pianottoli, Roccapina, eccetera, selvagge e spesso poco frequentate (assenza di strutture balneari, baretti, ristoranti, eccetera). Unica nota di miglioramento la possibilità di un secondo bagno che, per le famiglie numerose, non guasta. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno e meravigliosa la Corsica del Sud. Ci ritorneremmo!

Maison typique Au cœur d’un village

Bien situé, agréable terrasse
