Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Convenience and comfort

Two couples shared Apartment 4 for a wonderful long weekend. Perfect central location allowed us to walk downtown for sightseeing and dinners without the parking hassle. Easy drive to beaches and light house. Apartment had everything we needednincluding a beautiful backyard pool. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Find in Florida

Location was great- short walk to lots of places in St. Augustine. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks to talk to on our walks. Place was clean and comfortable. Host answered all inquiries quickly. Would recommend this spot and if we ever make it back to St. Augustine this is our spot. Did I mention bed was very comfortable?

Quiet and spacious

We loved the pool oasis and the quiet street. Easy walk to St George and all major attractions without worrying about parking. Apt was very clean and well appointed.

Charming!

Such a cute property, well within walking distance of the historical downtown and all the places we were headed to. Getting checked in was simple and the apartment we rented was so cozy and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the fact we couldn't stay longer to enoy the pool. Next time we're staying for a week at minimum!!!

Nice 2BR2Bath Apt, up 20 stairs

Clean & comfortable with modern kitchen & appliances. Spacious rooms with door to master BR allowing privacy. Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. Great showers and fluffy, clean towels. Nice living room space. This unit (No.4) came with 2 free parking spaces! Short, easy drive to the historic district main attractions, shops & restaurants. We recommend—provided that you can do stairs.

Clean and conveniently located

Very well appointed unit. We stayed upstairs in the two bedroom two bath apartment. The unit was very clean and accommodating. The pool area was very nice, especially nice was the inside stairway that made it easier to get to the upstairs apartment. Conveniently located only a 15-minute walk to all downtown

St Augustine Getaway

We had an unbelievable stay at your location. The apartment was just what we needed…and then some.it was immaculate and had every convenience we needed. We loved the location. Since family members had 3 of the apartments it just led to us being able to spend special time with each other. The outside was so nice. It was warm enough to use that Saturday afternoon. Great stay in old St Augustine

Unit was great. Very clean, well appointed. Owner was very helpful. We were in the heart of historic St. Augustine and had our own parking. All attractions were within 15-20 minute walk. Did not have to hassle with in-town parking. If you want the flavor of historic St. Augustine, this place is perfect.

Walking Distance to Downtown

Clean, simple 2 bedroom, 2 bath Second Story VBRO that worked great for us. Liked being able to walk to fish camp or distillery for meals, and the the opposite direction for downtown activities

Nights of Light Stay in St Augustine for Girls weekend

Great weekend. Nice 2/2 - nice toiletries in shower, no need to bring any. Water pressure was very good, Hair dryer in both bathrooms. One bathroom has a very small shower. My 6'3" husband would not have appreciated it. Bed/pillows were very comfortable. Folgers coffee, cream & sugar. Washer dryer. Parked the car & walked almost everywhere. Had to drive to Caps for a great lunch! Outside stairs to get into the unit. Once in the unit, there was another set of stairs inside which is what we utilized. We would definitely stay there again!

Girls Weekend

The property was very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool area was just lovely and perfect for coffee in the morning or wine and cheese in the afternoon. The location was walking distance to many points of interest and we never had to drive more than 10 minutes. Would recommend this property.

Great place

Great rental in a very quiet location, easy to get to and so close to many major streets in the area. The unit was clean and tidy, beds are comfortable. The highlight was the pool and pool area. If we return to the area, we would definitely rent again!

First visit for Flagler Women Soccer games. Our VRBO was fantastic stay.Our place was extremely clean and relaxing.The pool area was very relaxing. The location is so convenient to St Augustine downtown area,we walk everywhere and left our vehicle parked. Highly recommend will stay here again in the future.

Nice for 2 Couples

These accommodations are perfect for 2 couples due to the 2 full King bedrooms and 2 baths. A perfect get a way with friends visiting us from California! Pool was great. Very clean - easy to navigate neighborhood.

Great place Great Location

This unit was perfect for our family weekend getaway in Saint Augustine. It was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see.The parking spot was assigned and the backyard pool was like a little oasis. The Historic Lincolnville neighborhood looks like it is going through restoration/remodeling on some of the old houses, I didn’t find it an issue FYI If you don’t do stairs this unit would not be a good fit for you**

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas at the ages 30 and 25. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in in many different places throughout the US and overseas and now we live in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
