Eine Perle die erst erweckt werden muss…
Die Lage des Objektes ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Bei der Buchung im Portal war es uns wichtig einen Parkplatz in direkter Anbindung zu haben und hatten dies auch explizit im Portal ausgewählt. Leider waren die Einstellungen des Mietobjektes im Portal nicht korrekt hinterlegt. Um das Auto kostenfrei abzustellen war ein mind. 15 minütiger Fußmarsch erforderlich!!! Das alte Haus hat einen großen Charme mit allerdings einem erheblichen Renovierungsstau. Auch die Sauberkeit des Objektes ist insgesamt schlecht. Nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wurden zumindest einige Reinigungsarbeiten am Anreisetag nachgearbeitet. Diesen Ärger möchte man im Urlaub - der schönsten Zeit des Jahres wirklich nicht haben. Fazit: Etretat ist einen Aufenthalt wert. Das Objekt würden wir allerdings nicht wieder buchen und werden es daher nicht empfehlen.

Perfect short stay in centre of Etrétat
We waren er 2 nachten en hebben onze tijd wel besteed. Drie grote wandelingen, uit eten, stadje, boulevard, leuk, hoor, midden in Etrétat zitten. Alles wat we gebruikt hebben, hebben we voor en na gebruik (af)gewassen en dus is alles wat we gebruikt hebben schoner dan aangetroffen weer achtergelaten.

Schönes Fischerhaus im Herzen der Stadt.
Das Haus ist schön, ruhig und etwas abseits vom Touristenstrom gelegen. Dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum und am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten schöne 3 Tage in Étretat.

Petite maison calme et charmante en plein centre ville
Charmante petite maison en plein coeur de la ville. Tous se fait à pieds, tout est à 10 min max, et la plage est à 5 mins. Logement très bien équipé, très propre et très confortable. Petite cour privative pour rester dehors au calme. Je suis ravie de mon séjour!

Schönes Fischerhaus
Etretat ist eine Reise wert. Die Landschaft und besonders die Küste sind grandios. Das Fischerhaus hat einen gewissen Charme und der Innenhof hat einen Mehrwert. Bei der Sauberkeit, muss man ein Auge zudrücken. Die Spülmaschine hat bei der Reinigung des Geschirrs und Bestecks Defizite. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt.Alles in Allem, ein schöner Urlaub.

Trotz App war Kommunikation nicht mehr möglich, Links funktionierten nicht, Unterkunft: alles, was man anfasste, war klebrig, schmutziges Geschirr, auf der Bettwäsche Farbe oder Zahnpasta?, in Spülmaschine klebten Essensreste, defekte Steckdosen, defekte Kaffeemaschine, etc., Parkmöglichkeiten nur für Tagestouris (Limit 5 oder 10 Std.) - sind nach 1 Übernachtung direkt wieder abgereist und haben unser Lehrgeld gezahlt...

Bezauberndes Fischerhaus mitten im malerischen Etretat
Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist zwar hier und da erwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber das verleiht ihm den besonderen Charme. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit ausreichend Geschirr um nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen zu müssen. Perfekte Lage nah am Strand und Ortszentrum. Durch die Lage in zweiter Reihe kann man trotzdem seine Ruhe genießen. Die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Ganz nett, aber...
Hallo, leider war das Haus nicht besonders sauber als wir eintrafen. Das Bad haben wir nochmal nachgereinigt. Das kann mit Sicherheit verbessert werden. Die Fotos spiegeln den gegenwärtigen Zustand nicht wieder. Ansonsten schöne Lage, direkt im Ort. Parken ist ok, ca. 15 min zu Fuss zum kostenfreien Parkplatz.

Häuschen in Etretat
Die Lage war echt super. Das kleine, alte Häuschen auch. Leider nicht wirklich sauber. Der Kühlschrank kam nicht unter 10°C. Aber es war gemütlich und halt mitten im Ort. Ich wusste bis dato nicht, dass Möwen so laut sein können. Und das schon morgens früh.

Malerische Steilküste
Super Aufenthalt, mitten im Ort, Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Viele Restaurants zur Auswahl, ca. 300 Meter zum Strand. Kostenloses Parken allerdings einen guten Kilometer entfernt am Ortsausgang.

Klein, aber völlig ausreichend
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus inmitten von Etretat. Das Haus selbst ist zwar klein, aber die Raumaufteilung ist optimal. Wir waren zu dritt, es wäre auch zu fünft gut gegangen. Der kleine Hof spendet im Sommer Schatten oder man kann hier prima die Badesachen trocknen. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Einzige, was man mitnehmen sollte, wenn man keinen Senseo-Kaffee mag, ist eine Cafétiere oder Espressokanne. Der Standort des Hauses ist ebenfalls optimal, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder auf den Klippen. Parken ist ein Problem in Etretat - wir haben immer recht weit außerhalb des Ortes geparkt. Aber auch das ist machbar. Man muss wissen, dass der eigentlich sehr schöne kleine Ort im Sommer von Touristen überflutet wird, am Strand ist aber immer noch genug Platz. Außerdem lassen sich von hier aus auch andere schöne Orte und Strände schnell erreichen. Donnerstags ist Markt - sehr zu empfehlen und direkt um die Ecke. Drei Bäcker, zwei Metzger und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich zudem in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern war unkompliziert, sie reagieren stets sehr schnell.

Toller Familienurlaub
Ein wirklich gemütliches Fischerhaus mit genügend Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie (mit 2 Teenagern) besonders der Innenhof lädt zum entspannen ein. Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Geparkt haben wir meist am Ortseingang mit einem 15minütigen Spaziergang gut zu machen

Traumhafte Lage
Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage, sehr authentisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit. Mitten in Etretat, ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Baden vor traumhafter Kulisse, bummeln zwischen alten Fischerhäuschen, Baguette holen beim Bäcker um die Ecke. Wir fanden die Möwen toll.

Maison très agréable, située dans le centre ville d'Etretat. On peut tout faire à pieds. De elle est propre et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est agréable et donne de nombreux détails sur la région. Je recommande vivement cette location.
