Das Apartment, in der Rue de la Batterie 115, in Agay, haben wir im Internet gefunden, reserviert und das Geld überwiesen. Die Reservierung war nicht stornierbar. Zwei Tage vor dem Einzug bekamen wir dann die Information: a) Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage b) die Wohnung hat kein WIFI c) Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es keine. Nur gegen Aufpreis von 40 €. Natürlich alles ohne Rechung. In der Beschreibung des Apartmens im Internet wurden die obigen Punkte verschwiegen. Das war eindeutig Betrug. Es sind kriminelle am Werk. Wir sind am 27.08.2024 , mein Sohn und meine Wenigkeit ins Apartment eingezogen. Im Apartment waren Temperaturen bis ca. 30° Celsius. 1) Am Tag Das Apartment ist im EG und nicht gut isoliert.Die Ballkontür ist völlig undicht und die Außenhitze gelangt voll ins Apartment. Die Temperatur im Spartment ständig bis zu 30°C ,dagegen kämpfte ein Ventilator. Man kann sich Tagsüber im Apartment nicht aufhalten. 2) In der Nacht Nachts kann man nicht bei geöffneten Terassentür schlaffen ,im das Apartment durchzulüften. Die Terassentür muss geschlossen bleiben. Denn bei geöffneten Terassentür kann jeder Passant , Einbrecher, Mörder von Garten aus direkt ins Apartment gelangen. Es gibt um die Terasse keinen Drahtzaun, wie bei allen anderen EG Wohnungen dort. Ein Lebensgefährlicher Aufenthalt. 3) Wir konnten nur zwischen 6-11 Uhr morgens etwas schlafen. Die Apartmentbesitzerin weigerte sich eine stationäre Klimaanlage bzw starken Lufterfrischer, Kosten c

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist perfekt. Super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand nur ca. 200m entfernt. Traumhaft, auch mit Strandlokal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erg fijn!
Dit appartement is onderdeel van een groter complex. Het is een comfortabele pijpenla. Fijn zijn de tegels op de vloer, het kleine terrasje in het groen en ook de wasmachine. Daar hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Al onze vakantiespullen hebben we kunnen wassen. Het is vlakbij een heel leuk informeel strandje met een gezellig, vrolijk en grappig restaurantje/bar dat ook de nabijgelegen camping bedient. Een auto is fijn, al is alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand in de buurt.. Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Propriété propre. Environ magnifique. Parking sécurisé. Tout les ustensiles de cuisine sont présent. Matelas trop dur, réveillé toute les nuits par la fermeté de celui ci ou sinon par les eboueurs. La plage a 200 mètres ne sert a rien, l eau n est pas belle du tout, donc prévoyez de prendre la voiture pour aller a la plage ou aux criques magnifiques a seulement qqles kilometres de la. Globalement bonne vacances.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der schönen, sehr gut und vollständig ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die kleine Ferienwohnungsanlage war nur rd. 200m vom malerischen "Tiki-Beach" entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren auch genug im eingezäunten und großzügigen FEWO-Bereich vorhanden. Oft sogar direkt vorm Haus. Der kleine Balkon am Elternschlafzimmer und die kleine Terrasse konnten zudem gut beschattet werden. Wir haben dort immer morgens gefrühstückt und den Abend genossen. Ein Tisch, eine Sonnenliege und 4 Stühle waren auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war nahezu vollständig - toll war auch die Spühlmaschine und der Backofen in dem wir zum Frühstück ab und zu knusprige Baguettes gebacken haben. Die Waschmaschine und ein großer Kühlschrank- mit Gefrierkombination haben uns auch sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Franck, unserem Vermieter, war einwandfrei. Die Übergabe/Erreichbarkeit bei der An- und Abreise hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das war sicherlich nicht der letzte Urlaub in der wunderschönen Cote d Azur in Agay. Wenn wir nochmal Urlaub dort machen, würden wir gerne wieder diese FEWO buchen. Herzlichen Dank für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder...

Location propre et agréable :la terrasse est sans vis à vis.
Logement en rez de chaussée avec une terrasse et un balcon côté chambre. Vue sur le jardin de la résidence sécurisée. Logement propre, très bon accueil du propriétaire ! A 200m de la plage ! Très bien !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce joli appartement très bien équipé et bien placé. En particulier la terrasse donnant sur un charmant jardin méditerranéen, la plage et le cap Dramont accessibles à pied, les très nombreuses possibilités de balades à pied ou en vtt dans l'Esterel. La résidence est bien sécurisée avec un concierge présent et serviable. Nous reviendrions volontiers.

Un petit coin de paradis .... sans coin de parapluie !
Cet appartement nous a charmé, d'abord par le goût des meubles et de la déco : couleurs claires où le blanc domine, sensation d'espace avec un coin salle à manger très clair devant la terrasse. Celle-ci donne sur un espace vert bien entretenu : on a l'impression d'avoir un jardin à soi. La chambre à coucher au lit très confortable ouvre également sur un balcon fermé la nuit, balcon ensoleillé le matin, idéal donc pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Juste un très léger bémol : la salle de bain pourrait à l'occasion être relookée. Quant à la situation à quelques 200m de Tiki Plage et à 1km du centre d'Agay, elle est idéale pour profiter de cette petite crique protégée qui invite à la baignade. Il se pourrait bien que nous revenions un jour, d'autant plus que le propriétaire, Monsieur Marion, est charmant.

Un soggiorno tra mare e natura
Mare accessibile comodamente e gratuitamente e ambiente immerso tra alberi, flora e rocce rosse di porfido. Aggiungiamo la vicinanza di un posto elegante come Saint Raphael e un clima fresco e ventilato. Tutto fa un bella vacanza.

Nous avons passé une super semaine, logement idéalement situé à 200 m de la plage à pied, résidence calme et protégée, l'appartement spacieux pour 2 voir 4 personnes, propre et lumineux. Les propriétaires très sympathiques et très arrangeants. Nous recommandons cette location. Anny et Pascal
