Pretty restored house of 120m ² with 200m of the seafront and the beach and with 100m of the market town center and the market. This house is independent and closed from wall. It has on the ground floor a large living room, a kitchen with all comfort and a toilet. On the floor, three rooms of which a parental suite (which has its own room of bath), two rooms of bath and a toilet.

a great village house

La RoseTremiere was a great place to spend a month in Ile de Ré . the central location in Rivedoux village was fantastic to walk around everywhere for shopping , walks on the beach ..... The house is very well appointed for cooking comfortably . We slept very well too in a very calm environment . The owner , Daniel is reactive and friendly We recommend this host without hesitation

Séjour parfait, à la hauteur de nos attentes

Maison très agréable, adaptée aux vacances en famille, très bien équipée proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage tout en restant dans un quartier calme. Nous remercions Daniel, le propriétaire, pour son accueil sympathique et qui reste attentif au bien être de ses locataires.

Logement idéal !!! Au top !!!

Ce logement est juste parfait en tout point !!! La localisation, la propreté, la maison parfaite pour les vacances. C'est un grand logement moderne et propre où l'on n'a manqué de rien. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Sans parler du propriétaire Daniel qui est très sympathique et qui facilite notre arrivée. Communication idéale. Sincèrement il n'y a aucun point négatif, tout était parfait. Je vous le recommande vivement !!!

Parfait!

Très belle maison, très spacieuse et très fonctionnelle notamment avec 3 enfants! Située au centre de Rivedoux toutes les commodités sont à proximité tout en étant dans une rue extrêmement calme. Maison tellement agréable que nous avons autant apprécié être en vadrouille à l'extérieur qu'au calme dans le petit jardinet. Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est fait avec la plus grande des facilités et en toute simplicité. Très agréable et très attentif au bien être de ses vacanciers. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons eu très beau temps! C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Très jolie rénovation

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison très confortable et parfaitement rénovée. Accès aux commerces du village à pied en 3 minutes. Contacts discrets mais très efficaces avec les propriétaires. A conseiller.

La maison est tres bien située dans le quartier de Rivedoux, proche de tout (location vélos,commerçants). Séjour très agréable avec un propriétaire qui est à l'écoute et soucieux de sa clientèle.

Un hébergement de qualité !

La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Elle a été rénovée assez recemment avec des matériaux de qualité. Nous avions réservé 11 mois avant nos vacances pour avoir le meilleur choix parmi toutes les locations disponibles... et c'est celle que nous avons retenue. Autant dire qu'elle est largement au dessus du lot !

Ou est la 6eme étoile ?

Exactitude dans la description dans la maison. Spacieuse, bien agencée , propre, internet plus que correct , électroménager de qualité, literie ferme, grande chambre, a 2 pas d'une boulangerie et à peine plus d'une plage somptueuse. Propriétaire sympathique... Allez-y les yeux fermés mais pas à nos dates s'il vous plait.

Lovely accommodation ideal situation

The accommodation was excellent it met all our needs. There were lots of places to visit on the island and we found enough to do for the week. A little confusion over the leaving time as it says on this site 11 am but on the contract it was 9 am. The owners allowed us to depart at 10 am. I think this could be made clearer. Overall an excellent accommodation.

Schöne Wohnung, perfekter Standort

Die Wohnung ist modern und geräumig. Zu Fuß sind alle nötigen Geschäfte und der Markt gut erreichbar. Leider fehlen in der Wohnung ein paar Grundausstattungen, wie Gewürze, Spülmittel, Zucker etc. Auch die Töpfe haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Toll renoviertes Ferienhaus auf einer traumhaft schönen Insel

liegt in einer Seitenstraße mitten im Ort Rivedoux-Plage. Reichlich Platz für 6 Personen. Tolle Betten. Problemloses einchecken. Wir haben mit unserem kleinen Hund 14 wunderschöne Tage auf der Ile de Re verbracht. Könnte noch Fernseher mit deutschem Programm haben. Einheimische Nachbarn, hatten uns leider immer unseren Parkplatz zugestellt. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.

Location à recommander !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est spacieuse, propre, avec du rangement et bien équipée. Nous avons pu aller à pied aux commerces, au marché ainsi qu'à la plage. L'endroit est calme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très arrangeants. Bref, une location à recommander, où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Ravis de notre sejour

Ravis de notre séjour sur l'Île de Ré. C'était une première fois et espérons y revenir. Nous avons découvert presque toute l'Île à vélo avec une belle météo. Du bonheur ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans ce beau logement. Spacieux, calme, d'une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, confortable, place de parking, bien situé à proximité des commerces. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été fluides et simples. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle location. Rosa et Ludo

schönes Haus in Rivedoux, allerdings spartanisch eingerichtet ohne Bettlaken und Handtücher

Das Haus ist neu renoviert in der Ortsmitte von Rivedoux, sehr schön gelegen und sehr sauber. Allerdings ist es doch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, was Küche und sonstige Räume anbelangt. Alle Schränke waren komplett leer bis auf die Küche, nicht mal ein Schachspiel war im Haus. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass man die Bettlaken extra bezahlen musste. Das ist bei einem entsprechenden Mietpreis die Woche doch mindestens verwunderlich. Auch der Mietvertrag erinnerte einen mehr an einen Anwaltstermin als an einen Urlaub und eine Kaution in der gewünschten Höhe in bar ist auch heftig. Vor Ort lief aber alles glatt und freundlich, allerdings gab es auch keinerlei Konfliktanlässe von unserer Seite.
