VILLA ELENI


Villa Eleni is a modernized house with traditional decorated interior in northern Cephalonia, with a huge pine and olive trees garden on many levels, a shaded courtyard, ancient cisterns and a stone balcony. It has two big terraces with superb 360 degree view overlooking the surrounding green hills, the neighbouring villages and the islands of Lefkada and Ithaka, by the sea.
The house is recently adjusted and partly furnished again. There are three double
bedrooms (one has a double bed) on the first floor for seven people and one sofa in the hall. In the living room that occupies the entire ground floor there is an additional double bed. The house also has two hot showers, two toilets a friggoriferous and a simple but well equipped kitchen. You will enjoy privacy and silence. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and barbeque are also provided.

Region

Villa Eleni stands on a hill overlooking the village of Mesovounia, 300 meters over the sea level. At a distance of 900 meters there are a supermarket and a nice restaurant. Eight Kilometers (10 minutes drive) to the north is situated the cosmopolitan port of Fiskardo, with its picturesque houses, bars, restaurants, shops and the many moored yachts. With daily excursions you can visit the chosen destinations and beaches, also bearing in mind that the capital Argostoli is 50 minutes away by car, the famous peninsula of Assos with its venetian castle is only 10 km and the very popular gulf of Mirtos with its fascinating colours and a long beach is 25 min away from the Villa.
