About this property

The French House

We rent our large summer outbuilding comfortably furnished and dedicated to this purpose.
It is completely secure and fenced, little vis-à-vis, thus preserving your privacy.

Located in downtown Béziers, 500 meters east of the arenas, close to all amenities on foot.
The whole is quiet, inside a private property, with great ease of parking in front of the house.
It is a small house of 70 m2, independent, with a beautiful exterior, located at the back of our main residence.
There is a bedroom on the mezzanine (160cm bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the outside with a bar, a 30 m2 living room, a large hacienda-type covered terrace of 32 M2 with garden furniture, and an 8m by 4m swimming pool exclusively reserved for tenants with a 300m2 garden around with BBQ.

Rental exclusion reserved for adults of a maximum of two, without children or teenagers and without pets.
The house, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved for the tenants.
Barbeque available.

Pleasantly located to quickly get to the beach (15 minutes), visit the city and its historic center, or visit the Hérault hinterland...

Feeling of countryside and isolation due to the configuration of the premises while being in the city center to have all the amenities without wasting time in travel and above all, ideally located to quickly recover major roads or means of transport ...Bus, TGV, airport...

Quiet oasis

Lovely stay - well equipped and comfortable. Very quiet spot close to the city centre with good bus service nearby. Very hospitable host, always on hand for any questions, etc.

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay, the property was spotlessly clean, had a spacious living area and a well equipped kitchen. The outside area was amazing, the pool, the enclosed private garden and the under cover outside space. Well positioned for trips into the centre of Bezier or further afield on buses or a car if you have one. Emma is very helpful and a great host.

Un petit coin de paradis, avec toute la tranquillité que nous souhaitions trouver! Piscine privatisé, terrasse de jardin, barbecue.. bref tout ce qu’il faut pour un petit séjour de rêve! Kleines Ferienhaus mit angenehmen Ambiente

Wir haben im Sommer für 2 Wochen dieses Ferienhaus für 3 Personen gebucht. Das Haus und der Pool entsprechen den Bildern. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr schönes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, schönem Pool und bequemen Betten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Bäckerei in direkter Nachbarschaft, Supermärkte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gesicherter Parkplatz. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus weiter empfehlen.
