In our barn restored in 2016 and all comfort, you will find a living room with kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer) overlooking a large sunny terrace and a bathroom with toilet and Italian shower (lava machine). On the floor a big family room with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 with tv, and on the mezzanine 1 piece bed 70 for child. society and outdoor games are available; Big garden sported in peace.

Terre et mer

Tres joli gite, dans la campagne, tres calme, a 2 km des plages. Les hotes sont charmants. Le point a ameliorer est la literie, qu'il faudrait changer. Le coin cuisine est bien pense et bien outille.

Idyllisch

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Häuschen mit großem Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. An die Treppe muss man sich gewöhnen, aber es geht gut. Den hübschen Innenhof konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider kaum nutzen. Aber die Lage ist ideal, um die tolle Gegend zu erkunden. Frau Combat ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles ganz unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Schönes altes Haus mit Charme.

Super nette Vermieterin. Wer den Charme von alten Häusern mag und Hund/e hat, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Nach möglichkeit wrrden wir wieder dorthin fahren.

Ferienhaus in Bretteville-Sur-Ay, Normandie

Das kleine Ferienhaus in Bretteville von Madame Comba ist einfach entzückend. Durch die ruhige Lage im Dorf kann man herrlich entspannen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Wer gerne selbst kocht ist begeistert - es ist alles da, was man braucht . Im Sommer ist es sicherlich angenehm kühl im Haus , wegen der Steinwände und des Steinfußbodens. Um das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen, muss man eine enge, steile Treppe erklimmen, also für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet. TV- Sender sind nur in französischer Sprache möglich und das W- LAN Netz ist sehr schwankend . Tritt man vor das Haus, empfängt einen sofort ein Duft nach Heu,Blumen und Kräuter. Einfach wunderbar ! Der Strand ist nur 2 km entfernt . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Madame Comba ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Obwohl sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht selbst vor Ort sein konnte, hat sie sich immer wieder erkundigt, wie es uns geht. Eine Bekannte hat uns empfangen und eingewiesen, allerdings in französischer Sprache, was etwas schwierig für uns war.Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen !

a very nice week in Bretteville sur ay

a really nice and loving restored barn, we missed nothing, a large Garden perfect for our dog, close to the sea, a beautiful beach in the second week of September almost emty...a very friendly landlady, when we arrived she wasn't at home but she had informed us that a friend of her will be there, with a telephone number. we had a nice, relaxed short holiday and recommend this holiday cottage!!!

Heerlijk rustig verblijf met een mooie grote tuin

Prima huis voor 2 personen en 2 honden. Een enorme tuin en een zitje waar je snel kunt zitten omdat die voor een groot deel ommuurd is (het was buiten zelfs warmer dan binnen!). De gastvrouw is zeer goed bereikbaar, ondanks dat ze er zelf niet was. We hadden het rijk alleen. Zeer privé. De locatie is op zich zelf niet heel bijzonder maar dat vinden wij niet erg. Dus als je het niet erg vindt om de auto of de fiets te pakken is het de perfecte plek. In het plaatsje dichtbij (15 min) zijn wel allerlei voorzieningen. Normandië zelf is mooi en qua geschiedenis natuurlijk indrukwekkend. Vriendelijke mensen.

Gîte très agréable

Gite confortable,très bien équipé, qui bénéficie d’une agréable terrasse plein sud où l’on peut y prendre ses repas ou simplement s’y prélasser, le jardin est appréciable aussi. Idéalement situé pour découvrir le Cotentin. Et petit cadeau de bienvenue offert à notre arrivée,une gentille attention. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien qui lui aussi a passé de bonnes vacances .

Gastvrouw was op de hoogte dat er een hond meekwam en daar is ter plaatse voor betaald. De tuin was onvolledig omheind, dus de hond kon zo de straat op. Afgewaaide takken lagen op de grond en de hond heeft die in stukken gebeten. Daar zijn nu klachten over vanwege de gastvrouw. De locatie was helemaal niet proper. Afwasmachine stonk werkelijk uren in de wind. Klachten over één gescheurde handdoek twee dagen na vertrek zijn wij niet verantwoordelijk voor. Alles was volgens de gastvrouw ok bij vertrek. Wij zijn samen rondgeweest.

Ruhe, Platz & Fahrradtauglich

Es kommt wie immer darauf an, was man möchte. Für unsere kleine Familie war es bei den Temperaturen ideal mit der gr. Terrasse und dem Rasen. Unsere Tochter hat Windelfrei gemacht u. wurde sauber. Wir hatten die Räder dabei u. es gibt in der Nähe sehr schöne Strände welche leicht zu erreichen sind. Auch die kleinen Märkte in den Dörfern waren entsprechend unserer Situation sehr leicht zu erreichen und man hatte das Gefühl die Normandie richtig zu erleben. In der Wohnung hat nicht immer alles funktioniert, aber Marie-France die Vermieterin war immer mit offenem Ohr und Taten zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

wir haben im Juli 2022 mit unseren 2 Springer Spaniels 2 wunderbare Wochen im Häuschen von Mariefrance verbracht. Es liegt hinter ihrem Haus und hat einen parkartigen, riesigen Garten. Die extrem ruhige Lage des Hauses haben wir sehr genossen. Trotzdem ist das Meer nur 3 km entfernt. Aufgrund des außergewöhnlich guten Wetters haben wir fast nur draußen gelebt. Wie schon öfter geschrieben ist die Treppe eine kleine Herausforderung, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Besonders hat uns gefreut, dass Mariefrance auch englisch spricht. Das hat uns die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Normandie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Madame Comba sehr genossen. Eine freundliche Gastgeberin, ein großes gepflegtes Gelände& ein wunderschönes Häuschen. Wir & unser Dackel waren rundrum zufrieden & werden als bald als möglich wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank Madame Comba für perfekte Ferien in der Normandie

Eine Oase | an oasis

Die Ruhe, die Natur, der schöne Garten. Mit dem Fahrrad in 5 MInuten am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder. The peace, the nature, the beautiful garden. The beach is only 5 minutes away by bike. We will be happy to come back.

Normandie, wir kommen wieder!

Hallo, ein schönes romantisches Haus. Zum Meer sind es nur 1,5 km. Toller Strand. Wenn das Haus noch vernünftige Matratzen und einen anständigen BBQ bekommt, dann ist es fast perfekt.

Endroit merveilleux entre mer et terre

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans cette petit maison avec plein de charmes. C’est une maison bien équipée avec une superbe terrasse sans voisin et un grand jardin de calm absolue. Nous avons eu même la possibilité de faire du barbecue. La maison est super située pour des randonnées dans la campagne et très près de la plage. En plus il y a des producteur bio légumes dans le même village, également le fromage du chèvre. Et les commerce sont à approximite boulanger, boucher et vende direct de pêcheurs. Les propriétaires nous avons également donné beaucoup des indications pour la région et encore merci pour l’accueil chaleureux.

Excellent séjour en Cotentin

Gîte très propre, très bien agencé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Région magnifique avec des choses à faire tous les jours. Pour que cela soit parfait, il faudrait peut-être revoir la literie.

Location bien située et calme avec un bel environnement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location avec toutefois une montée d'escalier à l'étage un peu dangereuse .Elle est bien située par rapport aux sites à visiter et près des plages.
