Large Lakefront Home - sleeps 13+

You will just love this wonderfully spacious, Lake Winnisquam Contemporary Cape with breathtaking lake views and spectacular sunrises! What better way to greet the morning than sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the lake while listening to the occasional loon from the nearby Loon Sanctuary. Lakefront amenities include 75' of water frontage, perched sandy beach and 40' private dock (new dock installed 2023). Excellent for large families and groups. Open concept main floor and bright kitchen, large dining area and vaulted living room with a wall of windows and door opening onto the wrap around deck (new deck installed 2023) capturing the gorgeous lake views! Main floor Master (King bed) with views and master bathroom. Also on the main floor is another full bath. Upstairs offers three more bedrooms (King, Queen and room with 2 full beds and a twin with an extra twin mattress available to use elsewhere in house), a full bath, and loft area. The walk out lower level features a rec/family room with pool table, sliders to patio overlooking yard and lake and the 5th bedroom (Queen) with lake views. New washer and dryer (2021) in basement. Replaced all mattresses within in 2020/2021. Plenty of parking and A/C for the occasional hot/humid weather. This home sleeps 13+. Dog fee is $200/stay, 2 dogs max.
The dock is taken out of the water around mid October. If your booking is in the fall, please ask if it is available. The lake is drawn down bi-annually on even numbered years (i.e 2024, 2026 etc.) Dock access after draw down is questionable. If you bring your own boat you will have to go to the public boat launch located on Water Street, Laconia. Two ramps, a floating dock – handicap accessible.

Perfect location for family gathering

This home was exactly what we wanted for our early Thankgiving dinner. Central location for family from Mass & NH to spend the weekend together. Beautiful area - wonderful lake view from the deck. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and there was more than enough space for all! We are already planning next year's dinner!!

Great family retreat

This is a great property for a big group. The open floor plan on the main floor allowed all of us to enjoy time together. The sunrise views form the deck were enjoyed by all as well evenings by the firepit. The house was very well supplied including a huge supply of seasoned firewood. Communication was easy and felt that owner/property manager made every effort to make sure we had a great stay. Honestly, the online pics don’t quite do the property justice.

Lake house getaway

We had such an amazing time staying at the lake house for a relaxing adult only weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and nestled in a nice private spot on the lake where you have access to the dock and beach. The water is SO clean and refreshing and the property is well maintained. the host and the property manager were incredibly communicative and pleasant to chat with - they even left a sweet treat for us to make at the fire pit! What an amazing destination that isn't too far from home for us, we would love to come back with our kids so they can enjoy it too!

Thanksgiving on the lake

Our family had a great time getting together for the holiday with our two dogs. It is on the western shore at the end of a dead end road, right on the water. It was great to see sunrises, a few loons and ducks. It was fun for the dogs. We had some weather and we were updated that they'd be salting the road. We were grateful for their open communication, that they were easy to reach, helpful, understanding, and made everything carefree. We were able to have a fire in the fireplace, loved the amenities including a pool table. It was a great, memorable Thanksgiving. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect Location

We love staying here! It’s a beautiful house, with a good size deck, small backyard area good for cornhole and a fire in the fire pit. Great view of the water with a good size dock and nice little beach area.. Water area is a little rocky but not horrible.. we hope to stay every year! Check in is easy, Amy is very responsive and accommodating. Great spot!

Graduation getaway

Large and comfortable lake house with large well appointed kitchen. Large wraparound deck overlooking the lake with stunning views. We swam in the lake Memorial Day weekend—very refreshing especially after hiking one of the nearby mountains! We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard. A great place for a large gathering of friends and family!

Perfect spot for a family gathering

Our family enjoyed a relaxing and fun Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful lake house. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for families. We enjoyed preparing meals, playing pool, relaxing by the fireplace, going for walks, and watching the view across Lake Winnisquam with the mountains as a backdrop. Perfect House for our weekend

Every fall, we choose another Lake House in the area for our Guys' weekend of golf, poker, jet skis, and football. Our group has stayed in quite a few great lake houses, but this has been the best so far. The location is just what we were looking for being close to our golf courses and the open end of Winnesquam for Jet skis and boating. The property has plenty of room for parking, a great firepit area, terrific beach, and gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. The interior layout gave plenty of room for all of us to play poker, watch football, cook, and everyone got their own bed. The hosts took care of everything and were available if we needed them, making the Check-in process simple. We never felt like we were being watched over, which made it for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Although we purposely pick a new house every fall, the plan is to return to this property next year. A great weekend...

Great long weekend stay

Great clean house! Plenty of room for everyone we had. House has a great layout for hosting friends and family. We were able to rent a boat and pulled right up to dock. Beach, yard and deck were great for yard games.

A little bit of heaven!

We had three generations stay at the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. My husband caught fish from the dock (catch and release) and my grandchildren loved swimming in the very clean water. We all played games together on the large table and we spent a great deal of time on the deck just admiring the beautiful views.

Great location deferred maintenance

The location is exceptional the house has some deferred maintenance issues. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was well appointed. Cleanliness was average. The deck was dirty as well as the picnic table. The gutters were clogged so rain spilled over in a heavy rain we got. There were a few broken windows and there were broken lawn chairs and toys strewn under the deck. The property has a lot of potential it just needs a makeover

Our family recently purchased this wonderful vacation house. We were former renters and rented this place for 5 years in a row. We have had some great memories here and were so happy to be able to purchase this property and allowing others to rent it as well.

Why they chose this property

This property is spacious and has plenty of room for large families. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, the marina and the Tilton outlets.

What makes this property unique

New - now have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. We will allow up to two dogs for an extra $100 per pet per week or $15/night with prior approval from owners.
