DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 2 AND 14 YEARS! Bright, large apartment conveniently located in the fast growing area of Leopoldstadt, where excellent public transport connections and the attraction Riesenrad are. Very close to Augarten and Prater. Quick to the city center. 3 sleeping rooms on two floors, a large living room and a living kitchen invite you to stay. Very quiet area, great for settling down after a long day, but quick to the city center. The large living room, a living kitchen and a tiny bedroom equipped with a bunkbed are located in the lower floor of the apartment. In the upper floor you will find two bright bedrooms with each a double bed. The whole apartment is included and located on the 4th floor with elevator (needs key to operate).

Wir waren als Familie in Wien unterwegs, für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Fewo sehr gut, ruhig gelegen und gut mit U-Bahn und Straßenbahn erreichbar, nahe zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, wir haben nur wenige Dinge, wie eine Teekanne oder ausreichend viele große Tassen vermisst.

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung für Familien mit Teenagern

Wir hatten das große Glück diese Ferienwohnung buchen zu können. 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer - für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager waren einfach perfekt. Der gemütliche Wohn- und Essbereich war der Treffpunkt zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Zum Schlafen hatte jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine waren tolle Helfer. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns ausreichend. Die Betten frisch bezogen und bis auf ein paar wollige Staubflocken unter den beiden Sofas war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Lage ist einfach klasse. Zu Fuß ist der Prater und die U-Bahn zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung und für ein paar Tage, um Wien zu erkunden, völlig ausreichend. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, der Prater ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere günstige Restaurants liegen direkt um die Ecke. Die Ferienwohnung wurde ansprechend eingerichtet und viele Utensilien wie Klopapier, Seife, Spüli, Tabs oder Spüllappen etc. vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat aber auch folgende Nachteile/Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: - beengte Küche - gefährliche Schraube ragt aus dem Geländer - Badezimmer müffelt - Armatur in der Badewanne defekt - die Wäsche des Vormieters wird in der Wohnung getrocknet, so dass die ersten 1-2 Tage eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung ist und ununterbrochen ein Entfeuchter laufen muss - Kaffeemaschine fehlt

A bit tired, needs work

Property was a good size with three bedrooms and seating for 6. It was not as nice as the photos would suggest. It was ok but a little tired. Biggest issues were a) laundry had not been dried correctly and smelt. Clearly it was just washed and left to dry on airers in the apartment b) there were a number of mains extension leads around to make up for a general lack of sockets. One was stretched over the kitchen worktop and would have blown a fuse if all the appliances had been switched on. Another was on the floor of the bathroom! This would not be allowed in the UK. There also wires sticking out of the wall c) there was a projecting bolt sticking out from the bannister which was bodged in with screwdriver bits! Overall the impression was that minimal money was spent on upkeep which is a shame because the location was good for exploring Vienna
