The house is located in the holiday village Pierre et Vacances "The Restanques of the Gulf of Saint Tropez", guarded and secure.

This Mediterranean park of 25 hectares is labeled "Outstanding Park"; the house is 3 minutes, the pool area and the heated pool, walk through the pedestrian path through the park.

The sea is 2 kms. AccèsPort Grimaud and Cogolin port to 5 km (boat rental)

The house was renovated in 2016. Its living space is 60 m² and a terraces upstairs of 15 m² and a small garden.

On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance, a living room with kitchen, all opening onto a balcony for dining.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with cupboard, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV
overlooking terrace: "terrace / solarium in the tropézienne" of 15 m² on the park. This balcony is equipped with an offset umbrella and garden furniture to create a discreet place to rest.

The 2 bedroom overlooking the terrace has 2 beds for 1 person it is possible to bring in 1 bed (160 cm) for 2 people. wardrobe closet.

Duvets and pillows are provided, Linen service possible on request (15 € per person: sheets towel towel)

This holiday rental, managed by PARTICULIER A PARTICULIER, allows you to access the aquatic area (beach, wave pool, water slides, jacuzzi, swimming pool for small children). This exceptional set is completed by the swimming pool of Calade, heated swimming pool where water aerobics is practiced
Located in the heart of the village, enjoy free aquatic space, open all season:
- An outdoor pool heated all season near the restaurant (270 m² and 1.60 m deep)
- A swimming pool of 420 m² (1.40 m deep)
- A paddling pool for children

Domaine très calme en septembre. Piscine a vague très paradisiaque avec transats. Piscine chauffée. Domaine bien entretenu. J ai juste une petite remarque à faire sur la literie ou notre lit faisait cuvette. Et senseo qui ne fonctionnait pas, mais la concierge nous a prêté la sienne. Il manquait qq accessoires dans la cuisine. Sinon séjour très agréable.

Entspannte Tage in Grimaud

Die Wohnung liegt in einer größeren, weitläufigen sehr schönen Gesamtanlage. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Sowohl die Gesamtanlage, als auch die Wohnung sind sehr ordentlich und bieten alles was man zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung im Urlaub benötigt. Insgesamt hat es uns in Grimaud mit den vielen, schnell erreichbaren Stränden wieder gut gefallen. Auch der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war absolut professionell und gut. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen,alles da was man benötigt sogar Klimaanlage. Das Schwimmbad im Park ist toll für Kinder.(Wellenbad)Parken direkt am Haus. Lage super ,zum Meer 10 minuten Saint Tropez schnell erreichbar! War schöner Urlaub ,leider nur 1 Woche!

Zwei wundervolle Wochen

Wir konnten zwei wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwochen geniessen. Das Häuschen bietet alles was man braucht. Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit Garten und Dachterrasse konnte man wahlweise Schatten oder Sonne geniessen. Der Kontakt zu Anja war super angenehm und unkompliziert, danke dafür. Wir haben uns perfekt betreut gefühlt. Auch die Ferienanlage selbst ist wirklich toll und gepflegt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket mit tollem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Superbe logement au cœur du golfe de St Tropez

La maison est très bien équipée (lave sèche linge, wifi, jardin, terrasse à l’étage, véranda spacieuse,…). Tout était conforme à l’annonce. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Agréable par très beau temps

La maison est conçue pour un temps très chaud mais moins agréable quand il fait mauvais car le rez de chaussée est alors assez sombre. L'espace piscine est très bien fait.

L ensemble est tout à fait bien L’accueil est sympathique, rapide et très explicite La maison est propre et les parties extérieures (terrasse et jardin) très agréables. Endroit calme dans une pinède. Le seul bémol est le manque de petits trottoirs dans l ensemble du domaine. Ceci est un peu problématique pour les petits enfants. Sinon les infrastructures générales sont propres et bien entretenues. Je recommande vraiment

Excellent séjour ( avec le soleil et la chaleur de septembre ) dans une maison avec un bout de jardin bien appréciable. Nous étions 4 adultes c'etait parfait avec 2 chambres. A quelques minutes à pied des piscines ou nous traversions tranquillement dans le parc arboré. Je conseille ce bien déjà à mon entourage. À retourner là-bas ça sera avec ce propriétaire

Sehr schöne Anlage. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Grimaud und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht auch wenn es im Wohnzimmer etwas düster ist. Wir bekamen nach dem Besuch eine sehr schlechte Bewertung bzgl Sauberkeit und Hausordnung vom Besitzer. Das Haus war halbwegs sauber aber eben nicht so wie man es erwarten könnte. Beim verlassen haben wir diesen Zustand wieder hergestellt. Konnten aber nicht mehr die Spülmaschine ausräumen. Die Person kam früher und wollte ganz schnell weg. Auch wurde uns angekreidet, das wir die Polsterung auf dem Balkon nicht im Haus gelagert haben. Sie lag beim kommen draußen und man hat uns nicht gesagt dass diese immer ins Haus gelegt werden muss. Wohin damit?

Maison trés pratique avec possibilité de profiter du soleil dans le jardin ou sur la grande terrasse de l'étage. Beaucoup d'équipements neufs dans la maison, jolie déco. Personne tres accueillante et serviable lors de l'état des lieux d'arrivée. Trés bon séjour dans cette résidence Pierre et Vacances, piscine chaufée heureusement au vue du temps de ce mois de mai. Sinon énorme piscine à vagues, terrain de tennis, volley, jeux pour enfants, city-stade et étang.... Je recommande cette location, aucun point négatif (hormis le temps mais le proprio n'y est pour rien!). Stéphane
