OVERVIEW: This spacious townhome, located in the Emerald Shoals complex, offers an open living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen. A convenient and lovely screened-in porch off the kitchen is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze! There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first level and two bedrooms with a primary suite on the third level with one additional hall bathroom. A rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown Dewey, the ocean, and the bay! A porch off the third-floor primary suite with OCEAN VIEWS is a great spot to enjoy an early-morning coffee or late-afternoon cocktail. Located steps from the Atlantic Ocean, you will surely enjoy the beach all day as you can walk back and forth quickly to the property. Just park your car and enjoy Dewey! Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

PARKING: Assigned two parking spots. There is no overflow.
AMENITIES: The property has an outdoor shower, ceiling fans, a screened-in porch, a washer and dryer, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package for easy check-in and check-out. No pets and smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver").
