Endless Summer at Paradise Village

Located at Paradise Village at Zion #91, this custom home for large families and friends who feel like family. Each of the five beautiful bedrooms come paired with their own individual bathroom for privacy. Sixteen guests (yes, 16!) sleep comfortably on new, luxury mattresses. Not enough? A queen-sized air mattress can sleep a couple more guests.

Take your vacation to the next level with this beautifully decorated home featuring a grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and a fully-stocked kitchen that would make even Martha Stewart proud. Every detail was considered to make your stay perfect. During a time when cleanliness is key, the home is thoroughly cleaned between visitors.

How's this for fun? At least eight people can fit in the new private hot tub outside. A spiral staircase takes visitors to a roof-top deck with impressive views of Snow Canyon State Park. New patio furniture surrounds a gas firepit, perfect for sunrises and stargazing, and a large patio umbrella to cool off in the shade. A ping pong table is ready to go in the garage. Each bedroom comes with a large smart TV to stream your favorite shows and full-access Dish Network, so you can always watch what you enjoy!

Guests will have full access to the exclusive Paradise Village at Zion property, including a resort-style swimming pool and Kids' Cove water park with the only lazy river in the St. George area. The community clubhouse features a fitness room. The home is next to walking, biking, and hiking trails, Snow Canyon State Park, ten minutes from downtown St. George and an hour from Zion National Park.

We loved our stay at this home. It was a great experience for us. The bedrooms were so well done, and the bathrooms were all beautiful. One thing that I always notice at the vacation homes that we have visited, is how well equipped the kitchen is. This place had the most well equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. I cook a lot on vacation and so I notice everything. Pots and pans were very high qualiity. The flatware, glasses, plates, were all lovely. I also noticed how well prepared the owner was on having a drawer full of ziplock bags of every size for the customers use. They thought of everything a costomer might need, not just in the kitchen but in the entire home. We loved it!

Great House but don't pay extra for the “pool”

House was clean,spacious, and loved the layout for our three families. The big disappointment with this house was seeing the picture of the pool in the listing, the whole reason we booked the unit was for a private pool for all the kids, and then finding out how misleading the picture was. This unit does not have a private pool as stated and shown in the listing but a swim spa. A very small swim spa, 8x16 feet. The swim spa would work for little kids but for teenagers or adults this doesn't work at all. It was just another hot tube that is heated to 85 degrees. The actual stand alone hot tub was nice but you could never cool it down below 103 so it was a little too hot. So sadly we didn't use either like we usually do when we vacation in Paradise Village. This was a disappointment to the kids. We have booked numerous units in paradise village and know we could have saved money by booking a unit without a pool if we hadn't been mislead to believe we were getting a private pool. I would recommend if you want a private pool find a comparable house that actually has a private “pool “ and not a swim spa since we were paying the same amount as a house with an actual pool.

Friend get together

We meshed three families into this place. It was just awesome that every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. We loved the pool in the backyard, but spent most of our time in the community pool area with the lazy river and slides. It was roomy and cozy and very clean and nice. The adults loved it and the kids had an absolute ball.

This house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfect for our family group of 17 people. We loved the location which was just a block away from the water park! We also loved the pool and hot tub located at the house! The weather was unseasonably hot during our stay but we still had a great time!

Excellent in every way

Couldn’t have asked for a better property for our stay. Very clean and well-maintained, lots of space and we enjoyed all the amenities basically everyday - hot-tubbing and swimming in the backyard, sitting by the fire on the rooftop patio, etc. Both of the community pool areas were perfect for our family as well. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice place

The place was nice and spacious. The pillows, however, were quite lump as well as some of the bedroom comforters, those could be replaced. It would be nice if there were some children toys (besides a couple of games) like there are in some of the other homes. The kitchen had all needed amenities. It could have been fun though if there were s'more sticks, we had to use kabob sticks. The backyard was nice and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool passcode wasn't ever given to us that we could see in the paperwork but we happened to guess the passcode (otherwise, we would have contacted them). Overall, it was nice.

The Best Vacation House!

This house was set up so beautifully. It was so inviting and welcoming upon our arrival and we all felt right at home. The private pool in the backyard with the hot tub was SO FUN to have as an option for the kids when we needed to drag them back to the house from the community pools for a meal, or whatever. We enjoyed night swimming each night and it definitely enhanced our trip, both with the memories we were able to make together, and just having it logistically for the kids. Our only suggestions are that we did find a few bugs in the house, so maybe get the inside of the house sprayed. And there were zero tissue boxes in the house and we would have loved to have that offered in the bathrooms. But not deal breakers for us by any means. We will definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Awesome stay!

This was a perfect extended family gathering place! We had lots of littles, and it was fun for them in the back pool/hot tub, as well as the water fun-park. Ideal setting for our stay! Kitchen was well equiped and made it easy for stay at home meal time.

Comfy Cozy Home

We LOVED that every room had it's own bathroom. The home could use some more storage space (for pantry groceries, places to put suitcases, etc.) Also, we tried to vacuum but the vacuum in Paradise Village 91 does not work correctly.. so unfortunately a little more work for the cleaning crew (we had 4 toddlers & 3 babies = lots of crumbs!) Overall, we were extremely happy with the home and our stay. Paradise Village is such a fun place, and our home was so comfy to stay in.

Best Paradise Village Home

PV 91 is the cleanest and overall best 5 bedroom home at Paradise Village! The quality of the furniture and decor is excellent and the home is super clean. We especially loved the quite and private backyard for hot tubing . We highly recommend you choose PV 91 if you are looking for a 5 bedroom Paradise Village home.

It was a beautiful place, just the right size for a family. Could use a little deep cleaning. Carpet couch and chairs probably need to be shampooed. There was no garage door opener and the shower curtain liners needed replaced. But overall it was a great place for her family.

Decent Place

The place is well designed and comfortable. We did have an issue with the tack strip sticking up through the carpet at every transition. So a number of us found those tacks with our bare feet. The lady I spoke with didn't act like it was that big of a deal, and didn't offer a discount or refund of any sort.
