Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat den besonderen Charme eines alten bretonischen Hauses. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist aber alles vorhanden,was man braucht.

Très agréable séjour

Agréable maison, rustique et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le feu à l'âtre, la partie véranda, la proximité de la mer, du village, le calme, le chant des oiseaux notamment des rouges gorges !Le contact avec le propriétaire et le couple accueillant à été facile, ils ont été très réactifs et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Jolie petite maison authentique dans un coin merveilleux et tranquille

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans la maison, tout s'est passé à merveille. L'organisation et la préparation étaient impeccable (merci Michèle!), la maison était très propre et on ne peut que se sentir à l'aise à cet endroit plein de charme et d'histoire. Si vous êtes à la recherche de luxe, cherchez ailleurs, mais pour tous ceux qui adorent la nature et le calme, je recommande vivement. Merci et à la prochaine fois!

Magnifique

Très belle surprise pour cette belle maison de pêcheur. A quelques minutes de la Mer..... Beaucoup de belles randonnées, des sites magnifiques. La maison est chaleureuse et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.

Bonheur renouvelé

C'était notre septième séjour en cinq ans dans cette charmante maison. Nous pouvions craindre un peu de lassitude, et bien pas du tout. Nous avons encore eu énormément de plaisir durant cette semaine à Plougrescant et, comme à chaque fois, elle nous a paru bien courte. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et Michèle et Jean Paul qui sont ses représentants sur place également. La maison est simple et très agréable, le jardin bien abrité s'apprécie du matin au soir, le bord de mer offre des promenades variées avec de magnifiques paysages se métamorphosant au rythme des marées.

Wir würden/werden das Haus wieder buchen.

2 min bis zum Wasser, mit der Möglichkeit zum Baden. 2 min zu den frischen Austern. 4 min bis zu einem kleinen Badestrand. Ein schönes Gartengrundstück umgeben von Hecken mit Blick auf das Meer bzw. vorgelagerten Inseln. Im Haus selber ist alles vorhanden. Die Möblierung ist schon alt. Dieser Umstand hat uns ursprünglich überlegen lassen, ob wir das Objekt anmieten sollten. Vor Ort haben wir aber entschieden, wenn die Möbel ausgetauscht werden, verliert das Haus seinen Charme. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. In den Schlafzimmern sollten die Kommoden bzw. ein Einbauschrank ausgeräumt werden, dass man seine Bekleidung unterbringen kann (kaum Stauraum). Die Straßen am Grundstück sind kaum befahren, uns hat es kein Bisschen gestört. Letztendlich ist vor Ort alles besser, als es die Bilder teilweise vermuten lassen. Monsieur D., sie sollten neue schönere Fotos machen. Der Kontakt mit der freundlichen und engagierten Ansprechpartnerin im Urlaubsort war super. Die Gartenaustattung möchten wir ansprechen. Für 3 Gartenliegen gab es nur 2 Auflieger. Die Sitzbänke am Gartentisch sind unbequem, da möchte niemand gerne lange sitzen. Der Sonnenschirm steht wacklig und fällt bei Wind um, so dass wir Angst hatten, er fällt mal in die Veranda. Badestrände und Einkauf usw. sind nur wenige Auto- oder Fahrradminuten entfernt. Wer mit Google-Maps anreist muss beachten, dass hier das Ferienhaus mit der Hausnr. 44 versehen ist, abweichend von der vom Vermieter angegebenen Nummer.

Sehr charmantes, historisches Häuschen in toller Gegend und Lage, mit schönem gepflegtem und blickgeschütztem Garten. Highlight war für uns der Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Wasser.

Ontdekking

Prima locatie in en rustige omgeving waar op korte afstand veel te ontdekken valt. Mooie wandel routes langs de kust lijn met fabuleus zichten. Het huis met mooie tuin is gemakkelijk als je hond mee reist. Vriendelijk onthaal en zeer goede communicatie .

Ce logement est bien placé pour visiter ce coin des côtes d'Armor. Il convient pour un court séjour car La salle d'eau est petite et inclut les toilettes.

Petite maison de pêcheur très agréable, propre, tranquille avec une vue sur la mer. La véranda est un vrai plus ! Attention toutefois lorsqu’il y a du vent fort, la porte du salon laisse passer de l’air (froid pour nous au mois d’avril).

Das bretonische Haus an sich war sehr schön, aber Sofa und Betten ziemlich durchgelegen. Bad und Küche sehr spartanisch, der Strom dafür sehr teuer.

Maison charmante et authentique dans une très belle région

Nous (famille avec 4 enfants et un chien) avons bien profité de notre séjour dans cette maison très charmante et bien équipée, même en hiver. Proche de la plage, l'habitation est située à côté d'une rue très peu fréquentée, l'intérieur est meublé avec goût (surtout pour les lampes!) et très confortable. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dès le début. La communication avec M. Danielo et Michelle (qui est un ange!) était facile et aimable, et les deux étaient toujours disponible en cas de problèmes éventuels. Nous récommandons vivement cet endroit et planifions déja de revenir. Merci pour tout!

Perfekte ruhige Lage an der Côte d‘Armor

Herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung vor Ort durch Michelle und Jean Paul. In perfekter Lage ist das Haus der ideale Ausgangspunkt, die Côte d‘Armor zu entdecken. In zwei Minuten ist man am Meer und kann die Küste erwandern und die malerischen Blicke genießen. Im Haus fehlt es eigentlich an nichts. Es ist ein Haus mit Charakter, kein steriler Neubau. Der Wintergarten war für uns der Hauptraum, hell und freundlich. Das Wohnzimmer ist dunkler, was dem alten Haus geschuldet ist. Die Couchgarnitur ist auch in die Jahre gekommen und hat an Sitzkomfort nachgelassen. Insgesamt ist alles sehr stimmungsvoll und nicht überrenoviert. Schön ist auch der Garten, in dem man herrlich lesen kann. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub (3 Wochen) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Dank geht an Michelle und Jean-Paul. Der Kontakt mit Mathieu Daniello unkompliziert und freundlich, auch wenn die Formalitäten (Vertrag und gesonderte Stromabrechnung) vereinfacht werden könnten… das sagt man doch eher uns Deutschen nach … :) Nochmals vielen Dank, es war eine runde Sache, wir können das Haus empfehlen.

FH in Plougrescant

Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir fühlten uns in dem FH sehr wohl besonders die Umgebung ist wunderschön ,wir hatten viele Wanderungen gemacht auf dem GR 34 ,besonders nett waren die Leute welches die Schlüsselübergabe und Reinigung für den Vermieter übernahmen ,das Haus liegt in einer tollen Gegend
