The "Cour Sainte Marguerite" is a typical small courtyard of Lille. It is located in the quiet area of Lille Cormontaigne. A nearby public transportation (subway, bus, V'Lille station) and shops (supermarket, bakery, cafe, pharmacy ...).
Direct underground access from the Lille Flandres and Lille Europe (15min).
By car, easy and direct access in 5 minutes from the motorway.
Possibility of free parking in the street, possibility of provision of a parking space in underground parking secure 25m (surcharge).
Bike garage available if required.
The Court is composed of 3 houses "twin" and a small courtyard with flowers. The set is closed and ours.
With 4 beds, your house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends.
With an area of 50sqm, it consists of a ground floor + 2 floors.
Ground floor: living room with 1 sofa, equipped kitchenette and toilet
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower and sink
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower and sink

The internal staircase is not recommended for people with walking difficulties, and requires some vigilance with young children.
To preserve the tranquility, the quiet is requested at any time of the day, especially after 22:00. Groups of revelers abstain.
The accommodation will be cleaned after your departure. The provision does not include the dishes and cleaning the kitchen requested to residents.
