Architect’s house for indoor-outdoor living, in total immersion with nature, offering a high range comfort. Away from roads and paths, on a vast wooded land of oaks (7000 m2), rest and serenity are guaranteed in this exceptional setting. 

For holidays, for week ends, Vireplane Villa can accommodate 6 persons : three bedrooms, en-suite shower rooms, vast living space with kitchen, sitting and dining areas, surrounded by a covered terrace of 100 m2, terrace/solarium on first floor, swimming pool of 12 m by 3,5 m with jet stream and automatic security cover. Design and high range equipment (bathrooms and kitchen).

Between Cévennes and Provence, Ardèche Plateau and Gard Garrigue, its location in Southern Ardèche makes it an ideal place to discover many touristic sites in the area, its prehistoric heritage (Grand Site d'Orgnac, Caverne du Pont d'Arc), its typical charming old villages, participate to various sport activities in exceptional environment such as Ardèche Gorges, Chassezac or Cèze Valley, discover vineyards and taste local products in farmers markets.

Un havre de paix

Cette maison est un petit bijou au milieu des chênes verts. On s'y sent bien dès que l'on pénètre sur la propriété. L'accueil par Catherine et Tim est parfait et on a l'impression d'être des membres de leur famille tant les choses se font naturellement. La maison est décorée avec goût et rien n'y manque, la climatisation est efficace (ce qui a été très positif cet été!) et la piscine indispensable par cette canicule est à bonne température et de bonnes dimensions. Une seule envie: y retourner!

Très au calme, en pleine nature, une maison très atypique et très agréable. Un petit paradis qui doit être particulièrement appréciable par temps de grosses chaleurs.

La maison est magnifique avec les nombreuses baies vitrées tout autour, et un bel espace extérieur. Les équipements sont nombreux, on n'a manqué de rien. L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible.

Quelle tristesse de devoir repartir !!!

Une maison plein de charme dans un cadre authentique. Une proprietaire aux petits soins qui fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous. Tout était parfait si ce n’est la présence un peu trop insistante des moustiques et le fait qu’il a bien fallu céder la place aux prochains vacanciers.

Maison magnifique, détente assurée

Cette maison est très bien équipée, on s'y sent bien et possède tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci à Catherine d'avoir pris le temps de nous accueillir, tout était parfait : de la cuisine parfaitement équipée, en passant par la piscine sans parler de la literie (lit 160, draps en lin, climatisation...) tout y est! La plus belle location depuis longtemps.

Wonderful house

wonderful house as a home base to explore the area: canoeing on Ardeche, Ceze and Chassezac, canyoning, finding nice swimming spots, culture (Avignon, Pont du Gard, Uzes, Ales, Orange, Nimes, various caves) and delicious food. The house is equipped with everything you need, in particular the kitchen has all necessary tools. Catherine is a very pleasant, attentive and heartfelt host, many thanks for this wonderful stay. Overall we can recommend this villa for your vacation without any doubt.

La casa impecable, no le falta de nada, mil y un detalles. Si quieres desconectar de todo , la casa está ubicada en un ambiente ideal rodeada de árboles , sólo naturaleza y una piscina de lujo. De la dueña Catherine sólo se pueden decir cualidades positivas. Agradable, cercana, se preocupa por tus comodidades , alegre, es una bellísima persona que sin incomodarte ni molestar se preocupa por tu bienestar. Resumiendo una casa de lujo en todos los aspectos y una anfitriona a su altura. Mil gracias Catherine por tu recibimiento con un montón de de detalles , esperamos volver a verte en ese precioso lugar.

Excellent et reposant séjour. Accueil très chaleureux par Catherine. Magnifique et confortable maison aménagée avec goût. Son concept d’ouverture donne le sentiment d’être plongé dans la nature. Literie très confortable. Linge de maison de grande qualité. Cuisine superbement équipée. Énorme balcon pour se relaxer donnant sur une jolie piscine. Très agréable à vivre. Un séjour Magique!

Au bout d'un petit chemin caillouteux, dans la campagne ardéchoise, apparaît au milieu des chênes verts la maison Vireplane. C'est déjà un premier coup de coeur à notre arrivée. La maison semble accrochée aux arbres. Sa forme est unique. Nous sommes accueillis par Catherine, son conjoint et leur petit chien. Bien sur nous avions vu les photos mais dès l'entrée nous avons eu le souffle coupé par l'originalité et les volumes du lieu. Chaque chambre a une atmosphère particulière avec pour points communs: le confort , l'espace, et le luxe. Chacune est dotée d'une salle de bain et d'un cabinet de toilette. Digne d'un HOTEL 4 étoiles. La cuisine est super équipée design et ultra moderne. La pièce à vivre comme le reste de la maison est décorée avec goût et finesse. Elle est ouverte sur la forêt de chênes verts grâce à de grandes baies vitrées à galandage, on a l'impression d'être dans la nature. Une terrasse réunit tout le rez de chaussée avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin. La piscine est tres agréable par sa profondeur et ses dimensions, elle aussi très moderne avec nage à contre courant. On a le choix, soit nager soit se faire bronzer soit faire la sieste à l'ombre des chênes verts. Bref c'est une maison où il fait bon vivre. Nous y avons passé 7 jours de rêve et n'avions pas du tout envie de partir.... Nous avons fait connaissance avec une propriétaire aux petits soins, disponible et à l'écoute. Merci catherine. À refaire sans hésitation.

Magnifique !!!

L'accueil très chaleureux de Catherine est la première chose à mentionner car elle ouvre sans réserve les portes de sa luxueuse maison. Le site est calme, un petit bout du monde avec une piscine idéale pour se rafraîchir mais aussi nager. La maison est un exemple de gestion de l'espace et d'intégration à la nature environnante. Prestation haut de gamme sans ostentation mais un raffinement dont le naturel fait que l'on se sent immédiatement bien - comme chez soi. Merci Catherine pour cette si belle semaine.
