Everything you need…

This is a charming older property in an older neighborhood. However, everything you need for a wonderful stay on a budget is here. AC/heat works perfect. Place is clean. Neighbors are quiet. Linens, blankets and towels provided. Everything in working order. Felt safe in this neighborhood. Also, right across the street is “The Country Girl Kitchen”. Homemade bread and cinnamon rolls to die for. Just look her up on social media. Your welcome! Also honorable mention to Scarlet from OmegaBNB, who after I let her know that the coffee pot carafe was broken (mostly just to let her know that it was that way on check in-so I wouldn’t be charged). Scarlet showed up within the hour with a brand new coffee maker. I was extremely impressed. Had no expectation of this even being addressed, during my stay. Much appreciated. Would be happy to stay here again, or any of the OmegaBNB managed properties.

Good Bye, OKC.

Our needs were well served overall. TV was difficult to navigate. We’re used to Cable and Direct TV. Heat and Air favors owner since it was hard to control to fit OKC temp changes. Liked stacked Washes/Dryer but, Bunk bedroom needs a clothes “tree”.

We had a nice stay! It was clean and Dennis was accommodating. It is a duplex and the first night someone stayed on the other side. The next night it was empty and that was even better. I did feel safe staying here which is the most important thing! That and cleanliness. We did stay more than one night and washed towels in the washer and dryer provided. It’s close (driving distance) to a lot of things we wanted to do. Check in and out was easy! Overall we had a good experience!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, quiet, safe, and accommodating. It suited our needs perfectly. Loved the kitchen. All the cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, mugs, plates, glasswares looked brand new. Thank you for a spotless house. We were very impressed. As a recommendation for our future stay, the kitchen and/or living room could use some more lighting, a cutting board, and some dish towels. Also a washer and dryer would be helpful for a longer stay as towels run out rather quick for a family of five. Thank you for everything!

Great place close to downtown

This is a great little place to stay if you have plans in the Bricktown area or downtown. It is in an up-and-coming neighborhood so there are a few run-down looking houses. But this is a great little duplex. The only problem that we had was the foundation needs to be jacked up in the bathroom. The toilet leans over to the left.

Wonderful!

Love this duplex. We stopped in OKC for a couple nights on our Midwest road trip. The space is well laid out with everything you need. It was great to have all the soaps, great towels and comfy bedding. I also am a VRBO owner so I was really impressed with the thoughtfulness with all the furnishings, bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen essentials and details.

Nice Stay Overall

House was a great location for our activities. Bathroom on the smaller side, but was clean and well appointed. Only issue was the ants. We were unable to use half of the kitchen due to this. Any time we placed food on the one set of counters, even just to prep meals, they would come out in droves. This was somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and house!

Nice place, has ants

This was a nice and comfortable place to stay, nicely furnished. Newly renovated. But there were ants, and a lot of them. I had to spray them with some cleaner I found and keep my son out of one half of the living room. And his car seat I had set on the floor inside had became infested with them before I realize what was happening. Also, the hot water in the shower was sporadic. I had one hot shower and one freezing shower.

Charming

This was the perfect place for us. Located close enough to Bricktown but far enough away from the hussle of downtown. Everything was immaculate when we arrive. Had a slight issue with plumbing but it was quickly resolved.
