The property has a bedroom with 2 single beds on the mezzanine floor and a shower room with toilet. Free parking.
In the gated and secure "Baie de Valmer" estate with caretaker; swimming pool 30m away and tennis 100m away.

Optional linen hire: €20 double bed, €10 single bed, €8 set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

Gigaro beach 500m away, where you can take the coastal footpath (pedestrian and mountain bike) and the sea trail, shops (mini-market with bakery and international press) and restaurants 600m away. Très belle localisation

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. La communication avec la personne qui gère les locations a été très fluide. Elle a répondu aux quelques questions que nous avions dans l'heure et a été réactive. L'appartement est un peu dans son 'jus' mais l'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage à pied et la piscine est à 2mn au bout du chemin. La résidence était pleine mais très calme. La vue de la terrasse donne sur la baie ce qui est très agréable. Je recommande.

Studio très bien situé et calme . Accès plage gigaro à pied. Piscine très agréable dans un écrin de verdure Climatisation appréciée. Petit bémol : salle de bain vétuste.

Excellent séjour

Revenues pour une deuxième fois cette année et toujours aussi ravies ! L'emplacement du logement est parfait : calme, sécurisé, proche de la plage et des activités aux alentours. L'appartement est propre et bien aménagé. Une propriétaire très arrangeante avec qui le contact est très facile et rapide ! Le séjour était très agréable, nous reviendrons dès que possible et recommandons grandement. A très bientôt !

Copropriété propre et très calme en avril, l appartement est bien équipé et joliment décoré, la salle de bain mériterait d être rénovée.
