Wooded and enclosed land of 500m2 (garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue).
Ground floor divided into four spaces: a living room (two couches, a stove, a TV), an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave), a laundry room (washing machine) and a bathroom opening onto a garden at the back of the house.
Upstairs two bedrooms with excellent beds: a 160 bed and two 90 beds that can be joined.

Schöne Zeit am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit viel Platz und allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen kann. Die Küche ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die übrige Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Blick aus der ersten Etage aufs Meer. Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, ruhig und nahe zu dem kleinen Hafen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Séjour Parfait en Bord de Mer

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette location en bord de mer. La maison est très fonctionnelle, équipée de tout le nécessaire avec un grand jardin pour un séjour agréable. Le propriétaire est un hôte exceptionnel : sympathique, disponible et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir les trésors de la région. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit paisible et bien situé pour profiter de la mer, du GR34 et des mets locaux (moules, huîtres, crustacés)

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus in der Bretagne. Die offene Küche mit Wohnbereich und Ofen war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Alle anderen Räumlichkeiten sind ebenfalls geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig aber gut gelegen für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Francois für seine unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Art bedanken. Im Namen unserer Kinder auch nochmals "Danke" für den unvergesslichen Ausflug ! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Maison spacieuse pour une famille de 4

Maison spacieuse et très bien placée au calme. À quelques minutes à pied du front de mer. Notee hôte François a été très disponible et prévenant si nous avions le moindre besoin. Grand jardin clos super appréciable pour les jeunes enfants. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons pu dîner dans l’hôtel restaurant juste en face à notre arrivée tardive.

Bien placé pour visiter et randonner, 2 paysages par jour

Même s'il avait fait gris ou plu, nous aurions apprécié pareil le logement avec sa vue sur la mer, son emplacement, son équipement et sa déco charmante. Le propriétaire est très gentil et soucieux de notre bien-être. Une petite grève à quelques centaines de mètres où il fait bon se baigner. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et avons tout apprécié. Une adresse que je recommande à mes proches.

Un séjour parfait !

Une location à la hauteur des informations données et même plus! Maison parfaitement bien située, au calme avec la chance de se lever face à la mer. Très bien entretenue, la maison est décorée avec goût et offre de beaux espaces. Le jardin clôturé est un plus pour un enfant en bas âge. Enfin et surtout le propriétaire a fait preuve d'une grande souplesse et écoute pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci pour ce beau séjour 😉

Belle découverte

Première visite dans cette région mais il faudra y revenir. Maison mieux que sur le site, un propriétaire charmant plein de conseils et toujours dans le souci que le séjour soit agréable. Coté balade ce fut super la proximité de la maison et du GR 34 même le centre de Paimpol n'est qu'à 1heure à pied en passant par le bord de mer Belles vacances

Séjour très appréciable.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité du propriétaire, la maison et sa situation proche du GR 34, de l'île de Bréhat, à 1h à pied de Paimpol. Endroit calme et reposant que nous ne manquerons pas de relouer.
