Located 10 minutes from the center of Albi in a small medieval village (city classified by UNESCO), near Cordes-sur-Ciel and Toulouse, charming village house recently renovated. As said below, located near several centers of cultural interests (Albi, Cordes or Lautrec) or natural (the Tarn gorges, natural park of high Languedoc), its location also allows to enjoy the water bodies located nearby or visit the Gaillac vineyards and the famous Bastide. It has a large bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a large kitchen (capacity 4 people). The room has a large queen size bed and a small bed in 90. The kitchen / living room is fully equipped and has a sofa bed for two. A near terrace can enjoy a magnificent view of the southern department. It allows to enjoy the sunshine in the region during meals or breakfasts. The early returns are excellent.

Labastide im Mai

Labastide-Dénat liegt in perfekter Entfernung zu Albi und zu vielen wunderbaren Orten im Tarn-Gebiet. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen mittelalterlichen Ort in absoluter Ruhe. Das Haus der Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit sind und bei Bedarf umfangreiche Informationen zur Gegend und ihrer Geschichte vermitteln, ist direkt nebenan und auf den Mauern des mittelalterlichen Schlosses erbaut. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 2 Personen, hat den Charme eines alten Hauses und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die moderne Küchentheke bietet alles, was man braucht, und das Badezimmer ist top! Wer Ruhe sucht und eine geschichtsträchtige Umgebung schätzt, ist hier genau richtig.

Prima verblijf op rustige locatie

Wij verbleven hier (2 personen) 3 dagen voor ons bezoek aan Albi en omgeving. Hartelijke ontvangst met veel informatie door de verhuurder. Ook veel schriftelijke informatie aanwezig. Dankzij het mooie weer hebben wij ‘s avonds op het terrasje in het dak in alle stilte kunnen genieten van een prachtige sterrenhemel!

Très bon accueil de GUY....La localisation était top pour moi dans le sens ou j étais a quelques minutes du stadium d Albi Appartement impeccable , tranquillité des environs et grand calme pour la récupération d épreuves sportives ....

Dans joli petit hameau proche d'Albi

Hameau joliment rénové. A 10mn d'Albi. Totale deconnexion. Belle église. Maison en évolution avec cette belle terrasse tropézienne. Belle région avec ville d'Albi très dynamique.

Un séjour dans un lieu chargé d’histoire

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit village charmant. Cet endroit très calme et reposant, est idéal pour déconnecter, tout en restant très proche d’Albi et d’autres régions incontournables. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous avons pu bénéficier par l’intermédiaire d’un très aimable habitant du village d’une visite privée de l’église du village. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Agréable séjour

Séjour de 5 jours avec un très bon accueil de Mr Martiell, le propriétaire et de Jean Pierre le guide pour visiter l'église avec tous ses trésors. Jolis villages à visiter , randonnées intéressantes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Mooie ligging, maar met tekortkomingen.

Huis ligt in een oud dorp op een heuvel nabij een doorgaande weg tussen Albi en Chartres. Het huis is erg donker van binnen en is in feite voor 2personen. Koffiezetter vereist speciale pads. Geen terras of tuin. Maar omdat wij met z'n tweeën zijn en elke dag uit eten gingen is het te doen.

situation excellente pour visiter la région. Logement au calme , bien aménagé et très agréable ce qui nous a permis de supporter les fortes chaleurs Très bon accueil avec visite privée de l'église A signaler toutefois escalier un peu raide pour l'accès à la chambre

Hôte sympathique

Maison dans très joli village isolé et calme. Notre hôte était particulièrement sympathique ainsi que ses proches voisins qui nous ont fait découvrir une magnifique église rénovée de leurs mains. Petits points négatifs, le jardin non adjacent à la maison pour se poser en fin de journée et l' aménagement de la pièce de vie, relativement sombre par ailleurs, laisse peu de place à un coin détente.

Maison très agréable ! Bastide magnifique avec son église sublime. Jardin bien agréable ! Hôte très agréable, arrangeant et discret. Voisins bien sympathiques. Quant à la région, elle est magnifique et les 15 jours n ont pas suffit pour nous devoiler tous ses trésors.. châteaux, bastides, gorges etc ... prévoir de bonnes semelles !

Charmante réservation au calme

En tous points conforme à la description. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison bien rénovée. La fraîcheur des murs en pierre nous a permis de supporter la canicule de juillet 2019 ! Notre hôte, très sympathique et passionné d'histoire, nous a permis d'en savoir un peu plus sur le passé des lieux et nous a donné de nombreuses informations sur la région et les sites à visiter, ainsi que sur les meilleures adresses de restaurants et de commerce. Nous avons apprécié la propreté impeccable des lieux, la literie confortable, le calme absolu et nous recommandons sans réserve cet endroit pour visiter Albi et cette magnifique région!

Maison en pierre trés calme.

Le gite est propre et bien rénové avec une grande pièce à vivre et une très grande chambre. L’emplacement est très calme. L’hote est chaleureux et discret et l’on peut profiter du jardin des sympathiques voisins, (fournisseurs d’excellents melons) En raison de l’épaisseur des murs, une connexion 3G/4G correcte n’est possible qu’a l’étage.

Prévoyez de passer plusieurs nuits dans cette belle maison pleine de charme et de caractère. La région regorge de lieux merveilleux. Le village est doté d'une église remarquable qu'il vous faudra visiter avec le maitre des lieux, lui-même intarissable sur l'histoire de son village.
