The adjacent terrace is perfect for outdoor dining with family or friends, and there is a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled dishes. The surrounding area provides a relaxing atmosphere for both play and contemplation.

Inside, you will find spacious communal areas with comfortable furnishings inviting relaxation. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and flat-screen TV, and there is a spacious dining area for gathering everyone for meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals for large family gatherings.

Parking is also available on site at no extra charge.
