Super private 3 bedroom plus den historic apartment in 3 building/4 unit complex in Miami s booming Upper East Side/Mimo District. Private entry, off-street parking, patio, washer/dryer and authentic vintage décor.
The Space
Unique space in the heart of Miami s booming Upper East Side/MiMo District. Large 3 BR apartment w/private patio and off-street parking in a fully restored 1930 s building. The home features an eclectic mix of vintage furnishing, smart tv, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer in unit, and a blue tooth stero sound system.
All three bedrooms feature queen sized beds with either Sealy Posturepedic or Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattresses, down pillows, and 600 thread count sateen cotton sheets. The foyer/den can function as a fourth bedroom, and is equipped with a quality air mattress and bedding.
For families traveling with small children or infants, a crib can be provided upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with cookware and utensils, dishes and silverware. Dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer is located in the tall cupboard. The kitchen also has gourmet coffee maker, microwave and toaster.
The living room is equipped with 150+ cable channels and Vizio TV. To stream music or and control the units wireless sound system, connect to the bluetooth stereo behind inside the old radio cabinet in the dining room.
Large backyard features patio and grill decked out with vintage 1950s glider patio set. Guests are also welcome to fruit when in season from the Property mango, avocado, star fruit, and lychee trees.
