About this property

Charm and authenticity in the heart of the village

The rental is a typical Corsican village house on 3 levels, located 450 m above sea level.
Renovated with taste and simplicity, it has kept its charm and authenticity. Ideal for 4 people, it consists of a bedroom and a bathroom (including the WC) on the ground floor as well as a large bedroom on the 1st floor (140 beds). On the garden level, a functional and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a patio.
It is the ideal place to relax and meet around the barbecue after a day of activity. The openings and the exteriors offer a clear view of the valley and the sea.
The mid-mountain village, located 20 minutes from the sea, 30 from the river and 40 from Ajaccio (nearest port and airport), is the starting point for magnificent hikes, for all levels.
The proximity to the sea offers a wide choice of water sports.
A restaurant is open year round and regularly organizes Corsican evenings. Other establishments open in season. The canton also shelters a prestigious AOC vineyard, a large production of cheeses and local products.
The family and friendly atmosphere will seduce you with ease. Please note the internal stairs are steep and not very suitable for people with reduced mobility !!!

Petite maison de village pleine de charme

Mare e Montagna

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno piacevole a Sari d'orcino. Posizione ottima per visitare le vicine spiaggie di Sagone e altre località vicine e per fare un salto all' imperdibile Calanchi di Piana. Nel paese non ci sono attività commerciali (bar alimentari etc), però è sempre aperto un ristorante, in una posizione magnifica (U conventu) che ci è piaciuto molto per l'ottima qualità e la simpatia dei gestori. La casa è molto caratteristica e divisa su 3 piani con delle scale molto ripide (non adatto però a persone con mobilità ridotta o particolarmente alte) ed è dotata di tutte le cose essenziali, compresa lavatrice e lavastoviglie! Purtroppo quest'anno faceva molto caldo ed è stato un pò difficile dormire solo con i ventilatori a disposizione e si è sentita un pò la mancanza di un condizionatore. La vista dalla casa è veramente spettacolare (specie al tramonto) e in più c'è un bel giardinetto dove poter fare la colazione o il barbecue la sera. Infine Mattea, la proprietaria, è stata veramente gentile e simpatica. Ci ha fatto trovare dolci e marmellata al nostro arrivo e si è messa a disposizione per qualunque informazione o richiesta.

Formidable terrasse

Notre séjour s est bien passé. Location conforme au descriptif. Rien ne manque. La location sur 3 étages ne nous a pas poser de pb hormis la température élevée la nuit en cette 1ere quinzaine de juillet, dans la chambre au dernier étage, malgré la présence de ventilateurs. La terrasse sous ce beau mûrier a été notre havre de douceur matin, midi et soir avec cette jolie vue sur le golf de Sagone. Propriétaires sympathiques qui plus est . Nous avons été accueillis avec égard : eau fraîche, rosé et biscuits Corses ! 😊

Nous avons apprécié ce petit logement typique avec sa superbe vue , le seul inconvénient serait le problème de stationnement et la maison bâtie sur trois niveaux mais cela n'a pas gâché notre semaine de vacances ! Florence nous a très bien accueillis et conseillés sur les sites à visiter, la région est splendide et mérite le déplacement !

Excellent séjour

Maison Corse aménagée avec goût, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Si on aime la montagne, la mer et les vieilles pierres, on est comblé. Mention spéciale à la vue et aux couchers de soleil différents chaque soir. Evidemment, si la mobilité est difficile, les escaliers seront un obstacle de taille, mais ça n'a pas été un problème pour nous. L'accueil fut très agréable, et l'environnement très plaisant. Nous conseillons !

Superbe séjour au village

Location avec beaucoup de charme . L’atout est vraiment le jardin avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Un vrai séjour en immersion dans un village Corse . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils . A noter qu’il y a un super restaurant à Sari d’Orcino. ( U Cuventu ) . Séjour parfait , nous avons hâte de revenir .

Accueil chaleureux et bonne disponibilité des propriétaires. Maison bien équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Randonnées possibles directement du village. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
