EXCEPTIONAL location, with sand garden. 22 m2 composite wooden terrace for delicious meals in summer and SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people) offering you moments of fullness and refreshment on sunny days.

"Fétuque Bleue" is a pretty family house with modern and well-kept facilities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 252, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from TOUQUET.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....

Our house is comfortable, facing SOUTH including:

- 1 car garage and 2 private outdoor parking spaces.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Merlimont sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist groß, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut - mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den weitläufigen Stränden von Merlimont oder in Berck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in Berck und in Merlimont. Unbedingt machen: Die Seehundbänke in Baie d'Authie besuchen! Ein Besuch der Bagatelle (Freizeitpark) lohnt sich ebenfalls. Der Whirlpool im Garten ist sehr entspannend, wir waren fast jeden Abend noch mal kurz darin. Dass das Fernsehen kein deutsches Programm hatte, war nicht weiter schlimm - da Wlan einwandfrei und schnell funktioniert, konnte man auch die Mediatheken nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft!

Super séjour....

Rien à redire tant sur la jolie villa moderne très bien équipée et décorée avec goût que sur l’accueil chaleureux de Karine. Nous espérons revenir prochainement avec nos amis pour profiter du spa extérieur que nous n’avons pas pu tester, faute d’une météo trop fraîche! La proximité de Berck et du Touquet est un atout pour séjourner à la villa des Dunes.

Un séjour détente en famille

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement, notamment sa qualité, son accessibilité et sa tranquillité. Seul bémol, le surcoût pour notre chien difficilement acceptable et les extérieurs (parasol difficile à manœuvrer, jardin envahi de mauvaises herbes, évacuation d'eau usée à proximité avec dégagement de mauvaises odeurs par moment).

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison propre et conforme au descriptif . Les chambres sont grandes et l espace de vie conviviale et propice au réunion familiale . Petit moins dommage de payer un forfait de 80 euros pour le ménage sachant qu il est demandé aux locataires de nettoyer la partie cuisine . Je recommande ce bien idéalement situé et proche de tout . Situé à 6 kms de Berck et à environ 8kms de la page du Touquet .

Très belle location.

Très belle location proche d'un parc d'attraction (à pied), à quelques km de berck sa plage et les resto. Endroit très calme spacieux. Excellent accueil, très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui fait son maximum pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Rien à redire à conseiller sans hésitation.
