This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor sleeps up to 4. First bedroom has a queen size bed and tv. The second bedroom has a full size bed and tv. There is a couch in the bonus room that can be turned into a twin sized bed. This condo offers a full size kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also features a dining area, living room with a wet bar. The waterfront complex has a private fishing pier, private beach access, and a large heated pool. Within walking distance of the complex you will find miniature golf, arcade, restaurants, shops, and much much more!! Perfect for a family or a romantic getaway.

Christmas in florida

Are initial condo was unavailable and thats the best thing to happen to us! The location was ideal(my son works at Salt Rock). The pool was nice and warm and very spacious. The condo itself was very roomy and stocked with everything we could need. Already thinking about coming back

Great condo in Indian Shores

We had a great stay at Zofia's condo. The location is ideal with a quick walk to both the pool and beach. The complex is quiet and very well taken care of. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach chairs/umbrella and toys. Highly recommended.

It was great, condo was well stocked, this is the first time I've stayed where i didn't have to supply toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. One beach chair is broken and couldn't be used, might want to replace but other than that, i give my stay 10 out of 10. I'd like to book this same condo in the future, how would i go about doing that?

Great place by the beach

The place was clean, close to the beach. It also has really nice pool and a fishing dock. The owner is very nice and even went above and beyond to help us get an item back that we accidentally left behind. Would definitely rent again when we come back to florida

Property was very nice. Would have been very helpful to know only one vehicle is allowed to park in the resort. We had to park one car off propery all week even though parking spots were available in resort.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was well stocked in the kitchen and with beach chairs, sand toys and other items! Very clean and easy to check in and communicate with the property manager. One suggestion I'd make is to have a king size bed in the master bedroom! We would definitely book through them again!

Wonderful stay

Condo was perfect! Actually turned out to be bigger than expected. Very clean and stocked with so many extras (kids beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies, etc). Condo complex was great for families and in a safe area, just wish there had been more stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great communication with our host and an overall amazing family vacation!

The property was close to whatever you needed. The pool was well kept up. Dock for fishing was wonderful and lot of fish were caught. Beach right across the street. Very friendly people at property. Everything we needed Maria had for us to use. Would book again.

Great location

The location is great and the condominium is cleaned and well equipped. However the mattress in the first room was extremely uncomfortable. Two major dips on each side of the mattress. No television in the first bedroom and the television in the living room was only working with Netflix. It took the property manager two days to send someone to replace the fire alarm battery that was continuously beeping at and night .

Nice area/place for relaxing

Place was spotless, had everything just like your own home. Very comfortable. Kitchen was great. Pool was also beautiful. Could fish off the dock, but not sure if anyone caught anything. Checked out most of the beaches on the Gulf Coast. Construction on Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores/Rocks made travel a little slow. Had great meals at all the restaurants in Indian Shores. I would stay here again. Town is a little more quiet than Clearwater Beach but still close enough for a short drive to enjoy the night life.St. John's Pass(Shopping/Food/Cruises/Rentals) is also a short drive. Travel to the Tampa area was very slow & busy. Would be nice to have another TV in the master bedroom. Being that this trip was for relaxing at the beach, the only thing that was a disappointment is that this condo advertised beach chairs for use. There was only one, old, rusted lounge chair which was way too heavy to carry across the street to the beach. Indian Shores beach does not offer chairs/umbrellas for rental. This place sleeps 6 people, it would have been nice to have at least 4 beach chairs. Thanks Maria for a enjoyable stay.
