Hébergement des plus satisfaisants

L'appartement est vraiment très agréable, propre, spacieux , joliment décoré et très bien équipé en vaisselles et accessoires de cuisine . La situation géographique est telle qu'on peut aller faire les courses et se balader à la mer à pied. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et les petits coins salon dans les chambre ont été appréciés par nos petits enfants .Jean jacques a été très réactif quand nous avons eu un problème et le dépannage a été rapide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

Zu empfehlen

Solange die Eindrücke frisch sind, schreibe ich eine Empfehlung. Der Besitzer hat sehr früh Kontakt aufgenommen und war über die ganze Zeit stets erreichbar und hat bei kleineren Problemen versucht zeitnah zu helfen und war allgemein sehr engagiert. Weiter so! Die Wohnung ist groß und top ausgestattet. Ein weiterer Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist, dass sie so gelegen ist, dass zu keinem Zeitpunkt die Sonne rein scheinen kann. Diese Tatsache in Verbindung mit der Klimaanlage und einem Ventilator/ pro Zimmer lassen die über 30 Grad gut überstehen. Die Umgebung. Das ist tatsächlich Geschmacksache. Man ist mittendrin und das kann Vor- und Nachteil zugleich sein, je nachdem, wie spät man ins Bett geht und wie empfindlich man gegenüber dem Lärm ist. Wobei, um das richtig einzuordnen, wir reden hier vom Zeitpunkt zwischen 20 und 23/24 Uhr. Der große Vorteil ist eben, dass man sofort unter den Leuten ist und die Menschen und die Einkaufsstraße genießen kann. Ein persönlicher Nachteil war für uns der fehlende Parkplatz. Am Strand gibt es genug Plätze, aber eben am Strand. Das Auto ist nicht eben erreichbar und ist natürlich dem Sand (bei Wind, dem Sandsturm) ausgesetzt. Wem das nichts ausmacht, der hat auch kein Problem. In der Nähe des Appartements gibt so gut wie alles was man braucht, auch kleine Einkäufe im Supermarkt kann man ohne Auto erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastisch appartement!!

Dit appartement is gelegen midden in het centrum. Top locatie! Het appartement is super schoon, mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug. Ook de gastheer en gastvrouw zijn erg aardig en hielden ons op de hoogte van de evenementen welke plaatsvonden in de omgeving. Al met al een super vakantie gehad. Fam. Scholte

Siamo due famiglie e abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi 15 giorni di Agosto in questo appartamento bellissimo dotato di tutto il necessario e non solo. Posizione perfetta a due passi dal mare e dalle attività commerciali compreso supermercato. Posto veramente bello. Proprietari gentilissimi è molto disponibili. Lo consigliamo!!

l'appartement est magnifique, d'une très grande propreté avec une décoration des plus agréable, situé au centre ville et à moins de 5 min de la mer il a tout pour rendre le séjour des plus agréable. Il contient tout le nécessaire pour etre bien pendant le séjour, très grande terrasse ensoleillée. De plus les propriétaire sont charmants et à l'écoute, un grand merci à eux. Les photos montrent exactement le logement

Come facciamo da tanti anni, siamo due famiglie ed abbiamo scelto questo grande appartamento sulla via principale del piccolo paese di Estartit a pochi metri dalla grande spiaggia, dal centro e dal bel porto turistico. L'appartamento è arredato con molto gusto, la cucina è dotata di tutto, gli accessori elettrici e le vettovaglie nuove e coordinate, le camere sono molto grandi e con due bei bagni. I letti a castello ben solidi. Materassi e lenzuola in ottimo stato e ben puliti. Ben due frigoriferi e due tavoli grandi e robusti sul terrazzo e in cucina. Gli infissi e il controsoffitto garantiscono un ottimo isolamento acustico. Il condizionatore funziona bene ed così silenzioso da poterlo lasciare accesso sempre. I proprietari sono persone squisite e cordiali. Le foto pubblicate corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Piccoli, ma veramente piccoli nei sono: l'assenza del parcheggio anche se c'è ne uno grande (sterrato) non distante, la mancanza del wi-fi e di una porta o una tenda nel bagno in una delle camere. Torneremmo molto volentieri, lo consigliamo di cuore e nella nostra esperienza di quasi 10 anni pensiamo sia stato l'appartamento più bello e confortevole che abbiamo abitato in vacanza.

Très bonne surprise

Le logement était parfait. Grande surface, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et idéalement situé. De plus nous avions toute la place pour faire sécher notre matériel de plongée sur une grande terrasse couverte et nous rendre à pied au bateau.

Nahe am Strand und mitten im Dorf

Wir - 2 Seniorinnen + 1 Mann haben den Aufenhalt in der geräumigen, geschmackvoll renovierten Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Foto zeigt die Terrasse im 1. Stock mit Blick in den Garten; dahinter die autofreie Einkaufsstraße und von da nur 50 Meter bis zum Strand und den vielen Kneipen und Restos. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind so geschnitten, dass man sich auch zurückziehen kann. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab nur ein Manko (deshalb ein Stern weniger): kein WiFi.
