Much needed family vacation!!

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had! The location is so perfect and the beach and pool access could never be better. Although it would be great to find other new places to stay around this area we have discussed that we would love to just come right back to this condo due to the amazing location, service, cleanliness, beach access, and overall atmosphere. What a wonderful and amazing place for an intimate family vacation!!

Great location, extremely short walk to the beach, condo was clean & well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid). Beach towels & chairs were provided. The check in process was easy. Beth was amazing. My family will definitely be booking with Beth again in the future.

This condo's backyard is the Gulf of Mexico. What an incredible week of family bonding in this well kept condo. Truly a slice of paradise on the Florida Gulf Coast.

Summer Fun

This was a great condo, The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was big enough for our family and friends. The beach towels and the cooler were a huge plus. The girls enjoyed the easy access to the beach via the stair off of the Deck. I would stay here again.

August Beach Getaway

Our stay at Sand Castle II was amazing. Beth was able to make everything during our stay, from booking the whole way through to checkout, seamless. She was very prompt with her responses and readily available to help when needed. The place itself was great also. It had everything you needed from a well stocked kitchen, to starter products, and everything needed for a great beach visit. The views and private staircase was an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back to Indian Rocks and stay in #2206 again!

Best FL Trip Ever

We absolutely loved this condo. It was just the right size. The balcony with the spiral staircase to the pool was awesome. We never had to leave the unit to go the pool or beach. Just walk out to the balcony and head down the spiral stairs. Beth was so attentive to our needs and was always available if we had any questions. It was a great trip.

Wonderful location!

Amazing sunsets every night! Loved the wrap around balcony and being able to access the beach from spiral stairs.....so convenient. The grills being close to our unit was great! Kitchen had everything we needed and I could still see the sunsets while cooking! Location was great! Beach was not crowded and great to walk for miles! Would love to visit this condo again!

Great condo

This was a very nicely furnished condo and had everything that you need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as having all the beach equipment that you need to enjoy the day at the beach. There are beach chairs, towels and coolers available in your unit to use. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this unit and I am looking forward to returning in the near future!

Beautiful views of the beach & great condo!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The views of the beach were fantastic. We loved the wrap around balcony and the spiral staircase made access to the beach, parking lot, pool, hot tub and grills super convenient. The home was furnished very nicely but also was very comfortable. This is in a very nice area with so many great restaurants, stores, etc very close and we enjoyed happy hour at Caddy's right across the street. The soft white sandy beach was beautiful and but not too crowded. The kids really liked being able to use the volleyball net near the condo also. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was lovely and only a few steps from the beach and the pool which was great

We were on our first family vacation with our adult children and we had a wonderful time. It was very nice to have the beach chairs rented for us for the week even though the weather did not always cooperate. We have stayed in this area a number of times because we love the beach and there is plenty to do. The condo was very nice and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The view was beautiful and the sunsets were spectacularly. However, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, the glass coffee table legs seem to be broken so if you don’t pay attention they bend. We were concerned the table would fall and the blender does not work properly.

Location!!

This is a cute little unit right on the beach. The ease of access is hard to beat. The spiral staircase down to the pool/beach made it so easy for us. Would have given it 5 stars, but it could use a little updating and TLC. Agent says the exterior will be updated soon, and we can’t wait! Already booked for another stay!

Beautiful view and excellent amenities

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the private stairs to the pool, and the extra balcony space was wonderful. The property manager was fabulous and got right back to me when I needed anything. This was our second time at this complex. Our only complaint was that this year there was security, and they made everyone leave the pool and hot tub by 8 pm. This was quite disappointing, especially when we just wanted to relax in the hot tub for a bit after dinner while the kids took a swim before turning in for the night.

Best Unit in the Building

This unit had everything we look for in a cabin. The corner unit is on the second floor with a private spiral staircase to the pool/beach area. It also has a wraparound balcony so you get nice views of the intercoastal along with a breeze and shade when the front of the building is warm with sun. The interior is nice and light and clean. The washer and dryer are newer, the beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for everyone and having an Apple TV to use was an added bonus. Checkin was very easy with the manager sending the door code prior to arrival. Also great communication from the manager during our stay. Perfect in every way. Will be back.

Girls Getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a week. It was very relaxing, our unit was on the corner with the spiral staircase right on the beach with the pool to the side. It’s not real private at this unit but we didn’t mind, we enjoyed people watching. There are beautiful sunsets. Not much night life yet. Everything is fairly close. I do wish they would install a ceiling fan in the living room area, for air circulation. They do have some portable fans available. I also wish that maybe they could get new gas grills outside. These are a bit worn and sometimes hard to light with the breeze coming off Gulf. Also maybe some chairs or a bench to sit on while you are grilling and watching your food. Overall we really like this place and Beth was very helpful and prompt on returning calls or texts. 👍🏻
