Nice and clean condo

This property was nice and clean when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Jan and her husband were so helpful with the WiFi. Has a great view of Navarre Beach and shopping and amenities less than 5 minutes away.

Great property in Navarre!

Perfect spot right on the beach. Great condo - spacious and clean. The balcony is perfect for watching the waves and sunrise. The property is in a great location - love that there is a pool and covered parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Getaway

This was our first stay at Emerald Surf and it did not disappoint. Unit 201 is equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Our host Jan was more than accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was beautiful. The management was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had. The only suggestions I have would be that the property provide beach towels and facial tissues.

Recharge weekend

Been to Navarre many times but this may be our new favorite place to stay. Far enough from the Pier area to be less crowded and quieter but still easy to get to the Causeway. Condo was very clean and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and couches. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The provided beach chairs are really nice. Would love to return!

Perfect for a family of 4!

This was a great condo on the beach! The view was incredible! This unit is on the corner of the building which I liked. The kitchen was stocked with any kind of cookware you might need. There were umbrellas and chairs for the beach as well. We will definitely return!

Everything was perfect.

Condo is nice. Beach is nice. Location is nice. I have no complaints about the property. I really liked not having to bring beach chairs and an umbrella of my own. Everything was as expected.

Little piece of paradise…..

This is our second time at the Emerald Surf building and both times did not disappoint. This unit was very clean and comfortable. It had most of the essential items (we did have to buy hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner & body wash), beach towels and laundry detergent which is hit or miss if provided. Certainly didn’t expect it). We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back a third time in the future.

Construction surprise.

When we arrived we did not have a parking spot and had to park next door. We did not know this condo was going to be a construction site for several days. I understand things happen, but I would have stayed somewhere else where I was not awakened by construction noise a d would have to walk to the condo next do to have access to our vehicle. The TV setup just doesn't work. We would be in the middle of watching something and it would go off. It would have been nice to turn on a local channel for the weather. The internet wasnt dependable either. The oven was so dirty it smelled like burnt food when we would use it. But otherwise the location was nice, condo was clean and the beach chairs and umbrellas were wonderful to have on hand.

Labor Day Getaway

We were very pleased with this property. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The location was great. The beach was just steps away. The view was fantastic. The pool was nothing spectacular, but it was clean and a decent size. The unit was a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. The owner provided everything we could possibly need for a fun and relaxing stay. We could have just brought our clothes. Seriously! We didn't even unload half of the stuff that we brought from home because it was already in the condo. There were a few little things like a broken shelf in the fridge, a crack in the bathroom sink, dead batteries in the remote control, and a musty smell throughout the unit (a musty, laundry mat kind of smell); but nothing was a deal breaker. We would definitely stay there again. Great stay!
