A very nice 3BR 1BA Cottage with over 700 feet of lake frontage and sand beach on beautiful Langford Lake! This cottage is on well wooded property and nestled on 20 acres and is only minutes away from the Cisco Chain of Lakes and Sylvania N.F. The cottage offers beautiful real hardwood/ceramic tile flooring with an open kitchen/living room. There are sliding glass doors off the living room and main upstairs bedroom leading to a large deck over looking the lake for those amazing sunsets. Perfect for a relaxing retreat or a week long family vacation away from the stress of work and everyday life.
Also great for entertaining guests or enjoying the most beautiful country Mother Nature has to offer! Downstairs there is a walkout lakeside with a large family area and 2 bedrooms! The huge backyard is great for the family games and the kids will love the sand beach for swimming. Fish right from the comfort of the 40 foot dock! Langford Lake is over 480 acres in size and fish species consist of Black Crappie, Bluegill, LM Bass, SM Bass, Rock Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye and Yellow Perch! It is a full recreational lake, so bring your boat or use the canoe and or Kayaks provided. If the fish aren t hitting for some reason you can jump drive 10 min and get on the Cisco Lake Chain and boat/fish till your hearts content!
Please note that December through April is seasonal access, the road is not plowed and must be accessed by snow show or snowmobile. Yes this is perfect for your yearly snowmobile trip in the UP!

This is a picture of us on the road in front of the cottage in mid October for our 20th anniversary. We purchased this property in October of 2018 with the intent to create amazing memories for our family and others. We want to be able to share this amazing area and creation with others and enjoy it with our family as well. This property is truly something you will come to enjoy, there is wildlife everywhere and you will see many species of birds, squirrels and deer everywhere.
Why they chose this property
As you drive down the 2 mile private road you will begin to wonder where the cottage is, then you will pull up and understand why someone put cottages back this 2 miles. If you are looking for a quiet serene getaway or retreat, you will find no other like it. Where ever you come from the drive will be worth it, word can not explain the beauty of this quiet get away!
What makes this property unique
As you wake to coffee and step on the large deck over looking the lake, you will come to hear the Loons and other wildlife coming awake with you. This cottage is truly a place you will fall in love with as there are only about 20 cottages on this 480 acre lake. This is not the type of property you will be looking at the neighbors to close and wondering why they are so close..
You have the entire 20 acres to explore, enjoy and discover. If that is not enough, it is connected to the Ottawa National Forest, with unlimited wilderness for you to enjoy.
