CASA MONTI is a 60m2 apartment barely renovated with taste and love! We have created a symbiosis between the old structure and a modern and comfortable layout: the barrel-vaulted vaults contrast with the designer kitchen.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a late 19th century building. On the roof, the accessible common terrace offers a superb view of the city.
The Monti district is an authentic district, full of life and very fashionable.

Since 2015 the payment of a tourist tax is compulsory: 3. 5 € per adult per day, for the first 10 days of stay. This tax is payable on arrival in cash (upon receipt) and will be paid entirely to the municipality of Rome.

Family reunion in Rome

This apartment is everything you need for a wonderful time in Rome. The location is amazing. Elena provided great local recommendations- which we thoroughly enjoyed. Check in and out was seamless. Would come back again.

Nice experience

Wonderful property; excellent location; we were able to walk to Trevi Colosseum; Spanish Steps; and many fine restaurants, Elena stayed in contact with us before and during our trip and answered any questions we had during our stay: we would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back next year

Close to everything!

My husband and I had a lovey time! We absolutely enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, especially the Trattoria on the corner! We felt adopted!

Great stay in Rome

Great location

The apartment is close to the train station as well as the Colosseum. You can walk to most of the sites within Rome. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. Check in was easy. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay!

The place was clean and checkin was easy with instruction. There is a small elevator to use if you can’t do stairs. The location was very close to the train station and walking distance from most attractions- would highly recommend!

Fantastic spot to start a Roman adventure

The property was as described, clean and easy to access the metro and train station (about a 10 minute walk). Responses were quick, checkin was easy. Area has lots of choices for breakfast/dinner.....and we loved the pastry treats awaiting us when we arrived!

Staying in Monti

This is a great location, close to all the sights and the Vatican is a short bus ride. The apartment was fantastic - 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge was a great welcome including a plate of Italian treats. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fantastic. I just wish a tea towel was provided but I suspect cleaning staff forgot to provide one. Body soap & shampoo in both bathrooms which seems to be unusual in VRBOs lately.

Perfect Location in Rome

Elena was an excellent host. The property was exactly as described and even included a dishwasher which I either missed in the listing or wasn't expecting. The beds were comfortable, access was easy, the temperature was just right. Everything was great.

Clean and perfect for 2 couples

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Close to the colosseum and walking distance to many other attractions. We used FREENOW app to catch a ride when it rained. Elena checked in on us regularly and even left a welcome gift of pastries. Overall lovely experience.

Lovely 2x2 apartment

This apartment fit our needs and was perfect for our stay. I booked this apartment thinking it was much closer to the Trevi/Pantheon area. It was close to the metro, which made it easier to get around. It was nice having a place with a washing machine.

Wonderful Sister Adventure

My sister and I traveled to Rome for the first time. We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s! Walked to the Coloseum, Trevi Fountain & Spanish steps. Used the FREENOW app to get taxis for everything else. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and perfect for us. There are restaurants and markets close by. We would highly recommend this apartment.

First time booking accommodation with Vrbo but not the last for sure. Everything went super smooth. And the apartment was exactly what we expected. The host was very helpful with information. I recommend this apartment if you want to live in the centre of Rome close to Termini

Perfect for a bit of Rome, off the main tourist areas

A clean, simple, but well equipped apartment for 4. Everything provided to make the stay easy, the check-in with Carla was perfect, with all the information we needed, and more. We had an issue with WiFi on day 2, but had an immediate response from Carla and Elena, and it was a Monti issue, not just the apartment. It had been great fast WiFi when it was working. An easy walk from Roma termini, 15 mins walk to the coliseum & forum and great local restaurants and small shops, with a very 'italian' feel. Just get off the main roads. Very easy to get Free Now taxis, as it's not in the busiest areas. We would definitely come back again..

Great stay in Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and newly remodeled. It was an easy walk to the train station and very close to the Colosseum. We had no trouble traveling throughout Rome on foot and using the Metro. We particularly liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The coffee maker was amazing and we appreciated the fact that the apartment had a clothes washer as well as a dish washer. We would definitely stay there again,
