The Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap around balcony with outside seating and a designated parking space for one car. Newly refurbished to continue our commitment to quality for all guests. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer.
During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs/towels, two bikes, and beach wagon.
This 750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include wireless internet throughout. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house can sleep up to 4 total guests (two adults only).

Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar and a dining area that can comfortably seat four.
All the floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring , Newly installed 39' Smart TV.
Just steps away from the beautiful Cabana Pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town center.

Beautiful place

The accommodations were wonderful. The home is decorated so beautifully and fun. It is well equipped. Beach chairs, wagon and cooler were great for the beach which is a 5 min walk. The pool is close by. There are 2 bikes too. Great location. Hope to get back again.

Just perfect!

This carriage house was exactly as described and was perfect for a quiet, peaceful week in Rosemary Beach for myself and two older children. Check in was easy, and the amenities, like bikes and beach chairs, were in great condition. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Holiday Stay

The home is small and charming, and it was perfect for our needs during this trip. The location was ideal. However, I didn’t receive check-in instructions and couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Luckily, she lives on-site and heard us when we arrived, so she was able to provide access. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The two bikes available for use were a nice bonus.

Perfect for family of 4

Stayed 2 nights to check out the area for the first time. Perfect size for us and our 2 kids. Bunkbeds in a separate room. Smart tv. Keurig and drip for coffee. Clean. Community pool one block over. 5 minute walk to the beach and rosemary shops area. Parking spot provided. Will stay here next time we visit.

Beautiful Rosemary Carriage House

5 Star Carriage house for my wife & myself . Every amenity needed for our stay. Everything inside house is first class along with all beach necessities - chairs, wagon, bikes, etc., etc….. perfect place for a couple and Rosemary area is best of the best on 30A !!!!!! This property was super cute and worked really well for our little family. Excellent location and amenities. Neighborhood pool is really close, and lovely. Walk to beach is not at all far, when using the wagon provided to pull the chairs etc! Perfect stay!!

Such a unique area and enjoyed the location as we walked to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The carriage house was as stated and enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and serene. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Beach Week

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week this July and it was perfect. Very cute layout, our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed all for herself and the king bed was super comfortable, my wife and I slept lovely. We brought our bikes and were able to store them in the garage below which was incredibly helpful. The garage also had the beach supplies and the washer/dryer which really came in handy. We highly recommend this house!

Great location, cute carriage house in Rosemary beach!

This was a wonderful carriage house to stay in Rosemary Beach. We walked or biked to the beach, pool, and shops/restaurants in Rosemary. The hosts were so sweet when we had the chance to meet them! My children loved the bunk room. There was a pool one block away as well as a little playground for smaller children. The carriage house is super cute and decorated very tastefully. You also have pretty much everything you would need including beach supplies, towels, and two bikes. We loved our stay and would return!

Perfect Family Spot

This property was perfect for my wife and newborn, you are within walking distance to everything in Rosemary and the pool is just around the corner so it made it super easy to go up for lunch and heat breaks. We would definitely stay here again even with a second kid, the extra room is great!

5 Star Luxury

Cheryl is a super accommodating host! The carriage house is appointed with Ritz-Carlton like plush bedding and toiletries that smelled divine. The kitchen was fully stocked; including a Brita water filter and a small welcome bag of Amavida coffee! We enjoyed using the 2 bikes and 4 beach chairs included with the rental as well. Cheryl really thought of everything so all we had to do was enjoy each other and our vacation in Rosemary!

Beautiful & clean space, convenient location!

This was perfect for our small family of 4 to have a nice beach vacation. The owner, Cheryl, has created an inviting, gracious place to spend some lovely time in Rosemary Beach. We had the pleasure of chatting with her one day as we were heading out to catch the sunset. She is a very nice lady, & we enjoyed meeting her. She did such a great job of setting up her rental for maximum enjoyment of her guests. The place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. It's so airy and peaceful. The cottage is super clean & very well stocked with nice amenities such as beach towels, a cooler, beach wagon, coffee maker, and a full kitchen. The kitchen saved us so much money & time, as we bought groceries on the way in & ate only one meal out per day. We were within a very short walk of the Rosemary Beach shops, the beach, and several pools - one of which was only 1/2 block away. We took advantage of this & rarely moved our car from the parking space behind the house. It is so much easier to get around this area than in the other more crowded places nearby. Also, all the trees make the walking so much more pleasant, as most of the sidewalks are nicely shaded. We really enjoyed having more indoor space than our usual hotel rooms, because we ended up having to stay in more than we would have liked due to storms moving through the area. Some of the storms were pretty intense, but the house was solid & we felt very safe. The wifi worked great & the cable TV was appreciated...my husband took in a Star Wars marathon while we waited for the weather to clear. Several DVDs and books were available as well. So whether you're outside exploring the beautiful Rosemary Beach neighborhood, hanging out at the pools or beach, or lounging in this lovely carriage house, you will definitely be well situated in this rental!

Charming Carriage House

We've stayed in many different carriage houses all over Rosemary. This one was so clean and felt like home vs. a rental. A great use of space! Well stocked kitchen. Loved that our two kids has their own room. communicative and responsive management company.
