Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Amazing place to stay

We really enjoyed our time here. It was a great location. Close to the beach and shops. It was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were super responsive and helped us immediately with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a family trip!

We stayed with our extended family and had a great time! The walk to the beach is easy and fun. The pool is beautiful and all of the amenities of the condo were lovely. Management was attentive and helpful.

Awesome Family Trip

Was a great place for family of 9 ages 3-75. Close to the beach, close to the pool. Clean and spacious. Host was quick to respond when we had issues. Thanks for a great stay!

Tranquil stay

We stayed with grandparents and kids and this was a great choice with 3 bedrooms. The unit is spacious and so convenient for everyone to have their own on-suite bathroom. Everything we needed was there, towels, beach toys, chairs. The pool is lovely. Watching the sunset from Wailea beach across the street is phenomenal. We were able to leave our kids with grandparents and walk over to the Grand Wailea for a cocktail after bedtime. We love Maui and this was a first time staying in Wailea. We will be back!

Fun in the Sun

Very nice accomendation! The condo was very well equipped. Some minor issues with appliances… the Barbq did not work well, dish washer leaked a bit. Other than that the condo was perfect!!

Prefect Location

We had a wonderful stay for our annual family vacations. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was nice to have the beach necessity available onsite whenever we feel like hanging out at the beach for awhile. The condo was spacious and bathroom in each room was a plus. Overall. Wonderful stay and prefect location for any large group and family.

Great family trip!

We had an amazing week here! I went with my husband, 2 daughters, and parents and we all loved it! The property was very clean and looked exactly like we imagined. Kitchen is very well stocked (only thing missing is steak knives). I had several questions for the property owners before and during the stay that were all answered quickly and they were always so polite and helpful. The only issue we ran into was we were told we could get towels at the pool but we were told since we didn’t book with the resort directly that we weren’t allowed to have access to the pool towels. However this was very minor because they had an abundance of pool towels for us to use at the house. I would absolute recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Overall very good. Would have been 5 star except for kitchen set up(utensils and supplies) that could have been better. Barbecue burners not all working and difficult to start. Carpets are getting a little discolored.

Beautiful property with great location

Our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children ages 8-11) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable rental. The pictures didn’t do it justice! The pool area was also very beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all. The property management responded to my requests right away. Beaches, food, shopping all located conveniently nearby. You can hear the cars passing through on the road nearby from the master bedroom, but there were no complaints about the other bedrooms. Earplugs and/or sound machine app worked well! Overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

Location is awesome and the complex as a whole blew us away. The pool is awesome for kids! Only negative comment is that the unit is close to the main road, so sitting outside could be a little loud at times, but it’s nice and private so you couldn’t see the road.

Our family of nine, ranging in age from 3 to 72, gathered from two countries for a peaceful and spacious stay at this property, leaving thoroughly satisfied. While there was a minor issue with the gate security code upon arrival, it was quickly resolved by the property manager, and the rest of the check-in process went smoothly. The second garage located right in front of the unit was very convenient. The unit was well-equipped with beach gear and fans, which helped during an initial delay in air conditioning. The children loved the pool, which was a highlight of the trip. It was not crowded, had perfect water temperature, and offered complimentary coffee in the morning and iced tea in the afternoon—a thoughtful touch. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone. Some minor inconveniences included a non-functional entrance light and occasional road noise when on the patio or with windows open, but these did not detract from the overall experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to high-end hotels, an ABC Store, shopping malls, restaurants, and the beach, all within walking distance. The neighborhood was welcoming and felt safe throughout our stay. On our last day, the property manager graciously accommodated a late check-out for our evening flight, which was incredibly helpful. This property provided a fantastic stay, and we would happily return when visiting Maui again.

Vacation

The property was very beautiful and clean when we arrived. It had enough space for everyone. We enjoyed our meals out on the lanai each day. The unit was well supplied, but we had a few cliches. The BBQ ignition wouldn't work, but we called and got it repaired. Also, the upper bedroom AC did not work. No cold air was blowing through the vents, even when we closed the sliding glass doors and lowered the thermostat. We weren't sure if we supposed to receive a gate key to enter the property, when we went left to go walking the local stores and the beach. We used the car keypad or followed some one else to enter back onto the property. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thank you.

Cali to Maui 2022

The property was beautiful, location perfect, amenities were on point. The listing was close to accuracy. However, there are items that need attention. House is clean however not thoroughly clean. The bathrooms, as well as frig and kitchen need to be a deep cleaning . Couches need to be vacuumed as there was food and trash under the cushions. Internet and Wi-Fi did not work the entire 8 days which was frustrating because TV’s would not stream. However, beautiful home and our family vacation was wonderful.

For example, you can make reservations on the official website of Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott. This village is located in a safe and scenic area. Four seasons Hotel is in front of you.As far as I know, having good resorts and hotels means that the location is good.In addition, I found beach chairs and waveboards where I can enjoy snorkeling and sea swimming in the garage.The public pool and facilities were even better compared to good hotels. The water temperature of the pool was warm and it was good to get a massage. lastly, the kitchen has various sauces and spices. very very good Villa!!! 93-2 :)
