Villa intemporelle et moderne de 300m2 entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e en 2020-2021 par architecte avec superbe vue sur Saint Tropez jusqu’a Gassin, dans un trĂšs beau domaine privĂ© et fermĂ© situĂ©, derriĂšre l'hĂŽtel de Beauvallon Ă  900 mĂštres de la plage.

Cette discrĂšte villa en pierres sĂšches domine un jardin clos mĂ©diterranĂ©en, aux nombreuses essences et plantĂ© de chĂȘnes et de 5 pins parasol.

L’intimitĂ© autour de la piscine et dans le jardin est prĂ©servĂ©e car les villas voisines sont Ă©loignĂ©es et bien espacĂ©es.

Un sol en dalles de pierres blondes parcourent la villa dans sa totalitĂ© (y compris les douches) et se poursuit jusqu’à la grande terrasse. Cet effet dedans- dehors est accentuĂ© par de grandes fenĂȘtres coulissantes Ă  galandage qui s’effacent dans les murs.

Le double salon traversant propose un espace Tv avec un grand téléviseur avec 5 enceintes Cabasse.

La salle Ă  manger qui jouxte la cuisine bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une double hauteur sous plafond mise en valeur par une grande verriĂšre zĂ©nithale (Ă©quipĂ©e d’un pare-soleil avec tĂ©lĂ©commande).

La villa dispose de 7 chambres climatisĂ©es avec chacune leur penderie, leur salle d'eau avec wc sĂ©parĂ©s ou non (douche Ă  l’italienne ou baignoire)

La piscine carrelée de 9m X 5m et le jardin arboré sont entretenus par un professionnel chaque semaine.

Its a superb location with a supreme view over the bay of St Tropez. Anne, the owner, was very correct and fixed any possible inconvenience. We return without any doubt

Magnifique!

The house is a dream, all details are perfect. Every room is thought out, bedrooms give privacy and independence an dare all en suite. The kitchen is great and supports cooking for large groups like ours, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, large freezer, the right amount of pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, not to be underestimated. The outside space table was absolutely spot on with the right amount of space and chairs to accommodate all. The pool is the perfect space for adults and kids and we had a blast. Anne is a great host with precise communication. We had the best time and can’t wait to be back.

best villa in South of France

meilleure villa de la CÎte d'Azur et nous en avons déjà loué plusieurs. C'est la premiÚre fois que nous louons une villa une seconde fois, malgré la difficulté de louer une villa via Abritel en tant que Belge. Belle propriété avec des vues fantastiques et un trÚs bon emplacement. TrÚs beau bùtiment neuf avec tout le confort. Tout était super, de l'accueil au départ. HÎte trÚs sympathique avec plein de bons conseils. Merci pour cette excellente semaine avec notre famille.

Auf Wiedersehen

Wir waren das zweite Jahr in Folge, in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Zwei Wochen haben wir mit Familie und Freunden den Aufenthalt genossen. Dieses Jahr war es fĂŒr alle wie nach Hause kommen, wir kannten uns ja schon aus. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir noch diverse Male kommen können, ohne alles gesehen zu haben. Das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, ist optimal konzipiert, auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppen, ob RĂŒckzugsort, oder Ausstattung, einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder!! Super Erlebnis und grandiose Lage

Traumurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Unsere Erwartungen wurden ĂŒbertroffen! Das Haus und der Blick sind mit Fotos gar nicht einzufangen. Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Sie ist modern und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir haben viele Stunden auf der Terrasse verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Auch mit mehreren Personen war es jederzeit möglich sich zurĂŒckzuziehen. Die gut ausgestattete KĂŒche ermöglichte uns tolle Dinner und BBQ auf der Terrasse. Wir haben die Gegend erkundet, etwas Geduld muß man mit dem Verkehr haben, aber es lohnt sich, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut organisiert, es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner. Der Abschied viel uns sehr schwer, wir wĂ€ren gerne geblieben. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin und ihr Team!

Superbe

La maison est superbe, ouverte sur les jardins notamment celui d'herbes aromatiques et la piscine, trÚs agréable à vivre. La vue est exceptionnelle et l'architecture de la maison trÚs haut de gamme. Un séjour de 15 jours inoubliable. Parents, enfants, petits enfants toute la tribu était ravie.

Cette maison d'architecte a un magnifique cachet malgrĂ© son Ăąge.... Le site est magnifique, le jardin majestueux. La vue est magique sur le golfe de Saint Tropez, le domaine est trĂšs calme. Une grande piscine en contrebas pour petits et grands. Chaque chambre et ses salle de bains attenantes sont bien positionnĂ©es pour respecter l'intimitĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rationnelle. Nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©s par la chaleur la nuit, des ventilateurs se trouvent dans chaque chambre. Les piĂšces Ă  vivre avec une dĂ©coration contemporaine nous ont laissĂ© sous le charme oĂč nous pouvions tous nous rĂ©unir, de grandes baies vitrĂ©es permettent facilement l'accĂšs aux terrasses. Celle de la cuisine New Age ;)) permet Ă  ceux qui sont aux fourneaux de partager de grands moments sympathiques avec les autres installĂ©s sur les terrasses. Vaisselle et matĂ©riel de cuisine assez suffisant pour le nombre que nous Ă©tions. Un magnifique barbecue , un solarium , tout y Ă©tait pour des vacances super en famille. Et n'oublions pas le charmant accueil de CĂ©cile....
