Typical village house, the 50 m² accommodation, renovated in 2016, includes two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, it is located on the first floor of the house (second floor apartment unoccupied). South-facing and shaded terrace.
Courtyard in the shade of the mulberry tree. This courtyard is for the exclusive use of the tenants.
This house offering calm and rest, will allow you to discover the natural and cultural riches of our region. Its environment will also allow you to practice many outdoor sports.
In very high season stays are from Saturday to Saturday (except last minute reservations if the rental is available).
The bathroom has just been redone and the bedroom 1 has been refurbished (2 beds of 80x200 or 1 bed 160 x 200).

Verträumtes Dorfhaus

Mit zwei Erwachsenen war das alte liebevoll restaurierte Häuschen ein Traum. Wir haben die Ruhe in Chandolas genossen und von dort schnell viele bekannte Ziele in der Region erreicht. Man muss allerdings ein Zimmer durchqueren, um ins Bad zu kommen und kann nicht am Haus parken. Die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit schön und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le gîte de monsieur Thibon qui nous a accueillies très chaleureusement et n’est pas avare en bons conseils. La maison était propre à notre arrivée et très fonctionnelle, les chambres en enfilade sont jolies et la literie confortable. Le gîte se situe dans un village chaleureux et typique, proche de toutes commodités. Nous reviendrons dans cet havre de paix.

Très bel emplacement dans une super région. La location est très agréable et parfaitement équipée. Son emplacement rajoute du charme. L'hôte reste totalement disponible, accueillant dt de bons conseils.

Bel endroit pour découvrir le sud Ardèche

Chandolas se trouve à proximité du Chassezac, bien moins fréquenté que l’Ardeche et avec une eau de meilleure qualité. La grotte Chauvet se trouve à une trentaine de minutes tout comme l’Aven d’Orgnac. A 5 minutes de Chandolas, mention spéciale à au site Renda Ardesca qui reconstitue un village celte (gaulois).

Description du bien incomplète avec un défaut majeur non déclaré

Vous avez dissimulé quelque chose. Je fais allusion à l’absence de description consciente des deux chambres en enfilade et de la salle de bains avec toilettes accessible uniquement en traversant les deux chambres. Cela s'appelle un défaut majeur. Le fait qu'il ne soit pas signalé explicitement dans la description écrite de la maison est une preuve manifeste de cette dissimulation. En effet, nous n'aurions pas loué cette maison en le sachant. 850€ pour une semaine, c'est un prix hors marché compte tenu de ce que je viens de décrire. De plus, et au prix de 850€ par semaine (c’est ce que nous avons payé à Abritel pour notre séjour d’une semaine) un accès internet est indispensable étant donné l'absence totale de réseau qui nous a beaucoup handicapés durant notre séjour.

Maison très bien équipée, très agréable et fraîche quand il fait chaud. Idéalement située pour bien profiter de l'Ardèche et de ses trésors naturels. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, arrangeants et plein de bons conseils. N'hésitez pas louer cette maison.

superbe lieu

Ce gîte est situé dans un village typiquement médiéval. De là, on peut visiter énormément de sites, villages, musées, d'avens sur un rayon de 30 kms. On y est au calme et le propriétaire est très sympathique!

Une belle semaine en Ardèche

La location est très bien située pour visiter les alentours. La maison est au calme et est conforme en tout point à sa description. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très ouverts. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
