The master bedroom is an upper level loft with a/c, a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom. The guest room is on the first level and has a/c, two twin beds that are convertible to a king bed, TV, and a full bathroom. The living room features a/c, a pull-out sofa sleeper, contemporary artwork, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. For beach & pool fun, there are beach chairs and beach towels.
