Super séjour

Un super week end en famille dans la villa Le Bulot La maison est top. Aucune déception à l’arrivée. Tout est conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. Bien située sur la côte. Très bel endroit. Royan 2024

The villa was perfectly located close to the beach & restaurants. No driving was required except to supermarkets. There’s a lovely coastal promenade at the bottom of the road which is used by joggers and dog walkers. The villa itself was lovely, clean, well equipped and had all day sun around the pool & decking.

Lovely Property

This is a very well equipped, clean and comfortable house. The sea views are lovely and the living space is great. The pool area is lovely and was well used with our 7 teenagers. The location is good, a short walk to the sandy beach with some good restaurants. Stephanie was very helpful at all points and welcoming.

Great house

The host Stephanie was wonderful from the start and met us upon arrival. The house is great for large families and groups and only a very short walk to the beach. The children loved the pool however there was an issue with the filter whilst we were there and it was murky most days however this didn’t stop the kids enjoying it everyday. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need. An extra couple of chopping boards would be useful though. Amazing house and would love to go back. Thank you Stephanie x

The owners were prompt in replying to all questions while booking. Everything was great, organized, cleaner onsite and answering any questions we had. Highly recommended all around. The villa is modern, decorated with taste and perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to shop and restaurants. Thanks for a great week. Objekt ist echt toll aber ich würde die Finger von FeWo-Direkt weglassen. Trotz rechtzeitiger Kündigung (eines anderen Objekts) wurde Geld nicht vollständig erstattet.

Situation idéale

Villa récente très lumineuse, belle terrasse, bon équipement, très proche de la promenade le long de la mer et du centre ville mais très calme. Parking 3 voitures. Propriétaires sympas à quelques maisons de là.

Magnifique maison, très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de retrouvailles entre amis. La maison est magnifique, vraiment très agréable à vivre (même un jour de pluie) et bien aménagée. La piscine est, bien entendu, un point d’orgue. Merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil et sa bienveillance. Nous espérons revenir.
