A few kilometers from the center of Cassis, you will discover an old house renovated with taste family.

To live a holiday with friends or family this country house is ideal and will satisfy you.

The luxurious and original pool with its sandy beaches and its natural gaits invite you to relax.

THE SWIMMING POOL IS ENTIRELY SECURE
 
The whole bastide has been renovated with wood and concrete materials, emphasizing elegance and refinement.

With a terrace of 150 m2 with its old well preserved and new barbecue combining modernity and friendliness are ideal to gather with family or friends during beautiful summer evenings.

The ground floor consists of a TV room, a lounge dining room and a large open spacious kitchen.

The first floor offers 3 bedroom suites and a toilet and a dormitory 6 beds with private bathroom and toilet.

The spacious rooms all have pleasant views over the pool and its centennial pine or the vineyards and invite to rest.

I wanted to decorate each room with taste and a different style.
sometimes in red colors for a warm atmosphere, sometimes an architectural trend for a modern side, so that each room reflects the good taste.

All rooms are equipped with independent bathrooms.

Amazing stay!
Everything about this home was absolute perfection. The home was clean and very well stocked, it was spacious for our group of 7 and the location was so close to Cassis beachfront and wine tasting. Our very difficult to impress 18-year olds loved this home almost more than the adults did. We grilled and dined al fresco each evening and most of us spent at least some time each day lounging poolside with a book or a drink. Vanessa was a most generous host and gave us several dining, activity and winery recommendations, all of which were spot on. We would gladly stay here again and again and are so happy we had the opportunity to visit Cassis and use this as our home base.

A dix minutes à pied de la gare de Cassis, grande maison familiale bien aménagée.

Spacious and convenient
The property has tons of space indoor and outdoor for us (family of 9). We had the opportunity to use the pool and it was definitely helpful in a hot summer day. The AC comes in handy too, which was part of the reason why we chose this property (and it was not easy to find a bigger house with AC in the area). We also liked that it’s close to town. While it’s not walking distance but it’s not a big deal if you have a car. The house and linens are clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that because there’s extra linen fee, it’ll be easier to decide which beds will be used and communicate with Vanessa ahead of time so they can setup accordingly. We decided how we’ll allocate the rooms/beds after arrival so there was a little bit more communications (which was not an issue as Vanessa is super responsive). We enjoyed our stay and will recommend Vanessa and her property.

A wonderful New Year Eve with friends
Vanessa is a fabulous host and I was so happy to be in her property and enjoying The New Year Eve with two other friends families. I was bombarding her with so much detailed questions, but she never changed her kindness and always gave me a complete answers. Great area. The house is really well situated for lots of activities all year long. Absolutely clean house and completely comfortable for family and friends get together. We'll definitely come back

Working stay for photoshoot
We had a photo shoot on the coast nearby, it was the perfect location for the crew to rest peacefully before and after a busy day on set. Everyone had their privacy and enjoyed sitting out in the garden to relax. Close to train station as well was great. Host was helpful and communicative on Whatsapp. Would ideally return in the warmer months to enjoy the pool a bit more :)

Le bonheur de la Méditerranée
Cette bastide a conservé le charme de la Provence tout en se modernisant pour un excellent confort de tous, petits et grands. Nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants, et nous avons vécu dans cette maison sans nous gêner mutuellement. Tout en étant à l'extérieur de Cassis, donc au calme, nous étions très proches du port, des plages, et des nombreux petits restaurants. Enfin, un grand merci à l'hôtesse qui nous a fourni des prestations parfaites, et d'excellents conseils pour des vacances réussies. Une adresse de très grande qualité !

Excellent accueil ! Batisse et décoration vraiment très très bien, vous avez l'impression d'etre chez vous très rapidement ! L'emplacement et les extérieurs de la villa sont également très très bien, tout peut se faire à pied facilement ! Nous avons été agréablement satisfaits par cette jolie maison familiale entièrement rénovée avec goût, chaleureuse et un magnifique exterieur ou nous avons pu profiter de bons moments en famille. Nous étions 12 personnes adultes ados et enfants et il y avait de la place pour chacun, nombreuses chambres et salle de bains et toutes les commodites à portée de mains. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons tuyaux et bonnes adresses pour visiter ou se restaurer. Les photos sont telles que la réalité aucune mauvaise surprise. La route est à proximité mais le bruit des voitures est effacé par le clapotis de la fontaine. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons enfamille ou entre amis.

Nous avons été agréablement satisfaits par cette belle maison de famille et de son magnifique exterieur ou nous étions 12 personnes adultes ados et enfants. La réalité est telle que les photos du site pas de mauvaise surprise! Nous avions beaucoup d'espace de chambres et de salles de bains pour chacun sans se gêner. Maison propre et accueillante avec tout le nécessaire. La propriétaire nous a fait un très bon accueil et nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux portes de cassis. Nous recommandons cette location a des familles et/ou amis. La route est à proximité mais le bruit des voitures est effacé par le clapotis de la fontaine😉 Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons séjourner dans cette jolie villa.
