Beach house in Gassin
Vacation dreams on the edge of the sea. At 20 meters from the beach in a quiet and secure residence is our house very pleasant. On the ground floor living / dining room, kitchen, shower room with separate WC, 3 bedrooms. Large garden with a barbecue area and terrace. Living room and two bedrooms have French doors that overlook the garden and the sea. Small studio on the first floor consists of a living / dining room with kitchen, terrace, shower, toilet, bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed in the living room. The studio has a separate entrance. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking for several cars. Entrance into the residence with the remote controlled gate.
Possibility to rent only the ground floor or the apartment upstairs.
