This house is so charming and is in such an incredible location. Also - it is sparkling clean! We spent a great long weekend celebrating our 40th year - enjoyed nearby Cooper Beach and downtown Southampton which are both just a short drive away! Michael was a wonderful and responsive host. I would recommend this rental to anyone!
Mike is a delightful person. He was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me offering recommendations! You rarely get such responsive hosts. The house was everything we could have asked for and we would definitely visit this lovely home again!
A very quaint cottage in a beautiful neighborhood. Michael was very responsive to the two minor issues we had. It would have been helpful to have a note or two at the house to explain how the tv, thermostat, etc. work but otherwise a nice place to stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-week stay; we would very happily go there again. Great location on a quiet street, about one mile from Southampton village. House was clean and spacious. Great kitchen. Wifi worked well -- it was a working trip. Michael was quick to respond the one time we needed help -- the garbage collection company needed to be contacted for a pickup after a new driver for the company mistakenly did not do the weekly pickup.
I had a great 4 night stay at Michael’s home. It had everything I needed for a relaxing, entertaining, and enjoyable stay. Both town and the beach are within a 3 minute drive or a scenic 15 minute walk which was a nice touch. Thank you Michael!
I am a picky customer and I would say this house is a great deal. It's comfortable, absolutely perfectly situated and the owner is very responsive. I would come back.

Classic older home in a lovely neighborhood
This home gave our family room to spend extra time together.
Some rooms have been updated and some are waiting for a little more tlc. The house smelled a little musty at first but then aired out. Some serious plumbing issues developed, but the host took care of the repairs that day. He responded quickly to my several phone calls.
Our group of 6 people had mixed feelings about whether or not they would use this home again.

Charming home, great location
We had a very nice weekend in Southampton. The weather was rainy, but this home was quite comfortable for six adults who had to stay indoors more than expected. Michael was responsive and friendly. Easy transaction. We'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in the Hamptons. A lot of old charm, but plenty of modern conveniences.

Perfect holiday home in the Hamptons
This property more than exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and was in a great location not too far from the beach and the town centre. Plenty of room for us (3 couples), with a nice garden and common space including wi-fi / television, towels, etc. The property was kept in very clean condition. Mike was extremely responsive and welcoming. Would absolutely book again if returning!

Great house for a weekend
This home was great for our weekend in Southampton. It is a cute and charming house that works well for a small group. We did not require a pool or any other major amenities as we were in town for an event. Grace and Mike are friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating. We had boxes delivered to the house the day before and when we arrived, they were already in the house waiting for us. The house is close to the restaurants and shops in Southampton. While we did not use these, there is a grill and outdoor patio. Would recommend this house for all these reasons and more.

This was a great get away house for the weekend.
The house was cozy, charming, adequate space and it included everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the Southampton's main street where you can find everything you need. Grace and Mike were easy to work with, very accommodating. Grace met us when we arrived and she was quite charming, so sweet. This was the first time renting out east, already looking forward to next year. Thanks Mike and Grace.

A great time in Southampton
This home was perfect for our recent stay in Southampton. A nice cottage style home it was perfect for the four of us with close proximity to restaurants and shops in Southampton and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We loved sitting on the outdoor patio with the nice, quiet backyard area. Both Grace and Michael were excellent hosts during our stay. We will be back!

Review of Southampton cottage
My husband and I brought our two teenagers here for a week in early June, had a wonderful stay! The cottage was charming, just as described, and best of all well-located!! The kids rode bikes (provided) to famous Cooper's Beach safely through a lovely residential area ~ and we were also in a "walk to town" location which I always prefer! We barbecued at night and explored all the wonderful Hamptons villages by day . . . just started to feel like a local, and it was time to go! But we were rested and ready to head into Manhattan for another week ~ a wonderful trip! I would definitely lease this cottage again if we come back, which I would love to (I try and bring my California kids/husband back East as much as possible for a bit of history/culture, etc.!) I highly recommend Southampton, and to be walk-to-town/bike -to-beach @ a reasonable rate, even better! Also, I have to add that Michael Bollo and his mother, Grace, were very nice to do business with! Both very friendly, and Michael was helpful and prompt whenever I had a question . . . very trustworthy!

French Family in the Hamptons
We went to this very cute house with my mother and my sister who were visting from France and they loved it! It is very charming. The trees had tons of flowers which made the house looked like a doll house! It was very close to Cooper Beach and to the village. We had a wonderful week end and are hoping to come back.

Cozy little home away from home!
We spent a lovely week (including the appearance of Hurricane Irene) at this charming house that had all the comforts of home! We were close enough to town to enjoy the conveniences without feeling like we were right in the middle of main street. It was also a short and easy trip to the beach! I would definitely go back. This is a perfect family choice!

Why they chose this property
This property has been in the family for years as a great summer destination. We have enjoyed the wonderful beaches, Village, boating and open spaces the Town has to provided. We hope people can find the same wonder we have all these years being close to everything.
