The Frisco Trading Co is located literally in the heart of Frisco on the corner of 4th and Main St. Enjoy all Frisco has to offer right out your front door. With fine restaurants, cafes, shopping and ski shuttles all steps away, your only decision is which way to turn. This quiet, southern facing 1,500 sq ft second floor condo, has a spacious kitchen begging to entertain, gigantic master bath, 2 decks and a single car garage. We ve made many memories here; I m sure you will too.

With many new amenities including keyless entry for self check-in, this condo has an open floor plan and can accommodate up to 8 guests with a king bed in the master, a queen over queen bunk with a trundle in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa you actually look forward to sleeping on.

The masters extremely comfortable king bed is only out done by the enormous master bath. With a jacuzzi tub, large walk in shower, double sinks and a separated toilet for privacy there will be no complaints about space. In addition, the master offers a walk in closet, 40" flat screen TV, plenty of space for clothing and a deck overlooking the intersection of 4th and Main.

The second bedroom has a custom made queen over queen bunk, twin trundle, large closet and matching dresser.

The mountain modern feel to main living area is both unique and comfortable. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching the 42" flat screen; or gaze out any of the many windows for views of Mount Royal and Ten Mile Range.

Hosting and gatherings begin in the Kitchen, which will not disappoint. Ample counter space, stainless steel appliances including diswasher, and the 3 seat bar makes this social center of any home inviting. Stocked with all the necessities of home including a Keurig coffee maker, mornings on the back deck or dinners with friends and family become a memory in them selves.

Guest access

In addition to renting an amazing space, you will have access to the single car garage, 2 tandem and 2 single kayaks, paddles and life vest. Utilize dollies provided to walk them 4 blocks to Lake Dillion; a true treat in the summer. In winter, we provide a set of snow shoes for use. Try utilizing them for a snowy hike to the top of Mt Royal if you dare. All items are at your disposal and included when you visit.

Other things to note

We do allow dogs specifically. I once had a request to bring a pet monkey; hence the clarification. 2 medium sized, well behaved dogs only please. An additional $50 cleaning fee maybe required at time of reservation for longer stays.

The perfect stay!

After 30+ years of vacationing in Colorado, this tops our list as one of the nicest pet friendly places we’ve stayed. Terry was wonderful to work with. He provided us with great instructions before our arrival & additional information once we arrived on restaurants, snowshoe rental, activities etc. The condo is very clean & well appointed with comfortable beds, soft sheets & towels, nice furniture & everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Would love to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the large deck with amazing views of the mountains! So glad we stayed here!

Better than advertised

This place is better than advertised. Place is immaculately maintained. Everything worked, there were no broken handles or bad light bulbs you often find in rentals and it was exceptionally clean. Its located just off of the Main Street of Frisco so all the great restaurants and bars are literally out the door. Despite its close proximity to all the great entertainment venues, it is still quiet as it does not directly face the Main Street. It had very good wifi, and the garage was a huge bonus on snowy nights. Washer/dryer in-unit was a nice bonus. Terry was great; we had to stay a few hours past our check out time in order to use the wifi for an important zoom meeting. Terry was understanding and worked with us to accommodate late check out. It really was one of the best VRBO places we have stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Heart of Frisco

Large condo with comfy beds, really nice furniture and all of what you need in the kitchen. Had a great stay with family with plenty of space for everyone. The deck is quite large and has a nice couch to sit and read on and a table to eat dinner and even a 2 person high table for coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful experience with this rental and owners. Not only is the property in a perfect location in Frisco, but the views of the mountains from the expansive deck are unreal! The owners go over the top to make you feel at home here. From small touches like snacks and alcohol available to you to extra toiletries in the bathroom. This is definitely a rental we will be back to again!

Oh, Let Me Count Thy Ways

The Frisco Trading Co #204 is excellent in so many ways. * Beautiful Views of the Mountains from the windows. * On Frisco's Main St,. in the heart of the sweet small town hub-bub. * Perfect clean. * Well appointed kitchen. * Windows galore, pore in beautiful sunshine. Great shades when needed. * Comfortable beds, yes even the bunk queens :-) * Super Comfortable/Clean living room/gathering space. * The owners made us feel so welcome. * Owners were super kind, expertly organized and prompt with property booking details. * Location was perfect for us to visit multiple Ski Resorts: Vail-33 minutes, Beaver Creek-45 minutes, Breckenridge-20 minutes, Copper Mt- 10 minutes, Keystone-20 minutes and Abasin-25 minutes. * Was great to park in the garage and not to have to clean snow off the car every morning. In years past, we have stayed in the Frisco area, the Frisco Trading Co #204 is by far our favorite place. Thank you for everything, we will be super glad to return.

Better than pictures!

We were going snowboarding at Copper Mountain but staying near the resort is typically $$$ and too crowded.. so GLAD we stayed in Frisco.. this town is such a Hallmark Christmas movie! This rental is RIGHT on main street.. we walked for all meals and checked out the shops. The rental is bigger than the pictures appear too. Communication was awesome - responded to my texts immediately. Would stay again!

Nice Condo; Owners Thought of It All

First off, I need to say thanks to the property manager for working with us as we had to deal with an unfortunate family emergency and flex our stay. She was extremely responsive and helpful! The unit was very nice, clean, and well appointed (specially when you consider it’s a dog friendly unit). The furniture was in great shape, the layout was great, and the unit was very well appointed. You have everything you need and you’re in a good spot to for access to shopping and dining in Frisco. The only things that would make this unit better would be if you didn’t have to climb stairs (but it’s the first unit at the top of the stairs) and if it was in Breck or Keystone for quick lift access. Otherwise this place is awesome. The owners thought of pretty much everything - it was like a co-op with drinks, portable chairs for picnics or hanging out at the reservoir, a backpack, even beer and wine. They even had dog food and water bowls and poo bags for taking out with your dog! This is a very nice unit that we’ll definitely consider staying at again, especially when we want quick access to I-70 and other areas in the mountains.

In the heart of Frisco.

The unit is bright and spacious, and it is in an ideal location on the second floor in the back of a building on Main Street. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. One of he nicest places I have rented in the past 15 years.

The Frisco Trading Company #204

We loved our stay at Frisco Trading Company #204! It's conveniently located smack dab in the middle of Frisco and right across the alley from our in-laws on Granite Street. The property is spacious with lots of windows and balconies and a lovely fireplace. One of the best things about the property is how well appointed it was. If you plan to cook, you will have everything you need. That was a help because we stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Lastly, the Property Manager, Terry D., was so professional and helpful. He kept us informed, made it easy to find the place and park (at night), and had an excellent set of instructions on how to use the property. Internet access was easy and worked great. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and we plan to stay there again.
