Pas loin de la plage et des commerces

Très bon contact avec l’hôte, appartement bien situé par rapport à la plage et les commerces. La salle de bains mériterait une rénovation, et il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter du balcon en famille (absence de grande table). L’environnement est un peu bruyant car donne sur la place de la ville, avec en bas de l’immeuble un hôtel / bar très fréquenté toute la journée et le soir. Mais bon séjour globalement.

Vue sur mer

Appartement en duplex tres agréable, qui correspond à la description. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les commerces et le marché sont à deux pas. La vue sur mer est évidemment le grand plus de cette location.

De très belles vues sur l'océan, à proximité des commerces, et de la plage.

Un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Situation idéale, plusieurs vues sur la mer même du salon, les commerces à proximité. Nous sommes arrivés avec le sourire de la propriétaire et une magnifique vue sur la mer et Saint Jean de Mont, dans la cage d'escalier, puis en rentrant dans l'appartement une autre vue de l'océan depuis le salon. Vous pouvez donc déjeuner en regardant la mer. C'est comme à la maison la propriétaire laisse à disposition de nombreux équipements. (2 télévisions, fauteuils, literie confortable, vaisselle variée.....) 2 chambres spacieuses, appartement bien insonorisé, vous n'entendrez pas les voisins. Attention, si vous êtes 2 vous pouvez manger sur le balcon, sinon il sera utile pour l'apéro et le farniente. Sion est une petite commune très propre et calme, avec les commerces de proximité, tout peut se faire sans la voiture, même un vivier en face de l'immeuble et la boulangerie à deux pas . Un loueur de vélos, juste en dessous de la location. Nous avons fait de grandes balades sur la plage, et sur le remblais. Saint Gilles Croix de Vie à 10 minutes en voiture par la côte. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
