One Bedroom & One Bath Condominium located in the Scenic Meadow Area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 3 (approx.800 Sq. Ft.). This spacious ground floor unit is all one level and there are no outside stairs to enter the unit. Corner unit is bright with lots of windows to let the light in and has a partial view.  The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed and 1 Twin Roll-a-way Bed. The Living Room does not have a sofa bed. There are 2 Flat Screen TV's, one in the Living Room and 1 in the Bedroom.  Wifi Internet access in the unit. There are two outside parking spaces available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Seasonal Swimming Pool, and Sauna.  Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office.  TOML-CPAN-15331

things I did not enjoy.

The walls are so thin. Yu can herar the neighbors watching TV and stopping around on your head all day and nigth and early early in the morning. The Microvave does not work properly.

Met expectations

Property is a solid location and listing is accurate. All the essentials are covered. Big living room and good size bedroom/bath. Apartment heats up fast and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed frame doesn’t match the mattress so we both stubbed our toes a number of times when walking around the bed. The fuse needed to be reset for the kitchen. I recommend sleeping with white noise because you can hear everything from the upstairs apartment. Parking is super easy. We did not like the complex hoa rules that state the hot tub is not open until 4pm. We like using the hot tub in the mornings. Not about to sweat the small stuff, we had a wonderful Mammoth stay.
