Nicely Upgraded 1 bedroom & Loft & 2 bath condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes on the green line shuttle stop to the Eagle Lodge Ski Area. There is no smoking in the unit or on the deck. Sleeps up to 6 and is approx. 1100 sq. ft. You enter the unit from one flight of outside stairs and then the first floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and 1 bath...the 2nd floor is the loft and 1 bath. The master bedroom has one king bed, 1 42" flat screen TV with a BluRay player. The loft has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed and 1 22" flat screen TV. There is one Queen Sofa bed in the living room with a 55" flat screen TV/DVD player. Pellet stove in the living room. Remodeled kitchen with granite and new appliances. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. Jacuzzi and Sauna on-site. Swimming pool available in the summer.
