SEAVIEW PENTHOUSE at Seaside Beach:  Seaview Condominiums is an ocean front luxury property in Seaside. Offering high end amenities. This two bedroom oceanfront Penthouse Unit is located on the fourth floor giving guests a breathtaking view of the coastline stretching from Washington to Tillamook Head along with vaulted ceilings and more windows then lower level units. The master bedroom has a King bed and it's own private bathroom. The other room is a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Elevator access is just steps away from this unit and of course the beach is directly in front of the building. Also located on the north end of the prom you are only a 10 min walk from Broadway and all the dining and fun that downtown has to offer. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. Location on vacation!

First time visiting this area. Condo was spacious & clean. The location was perfect, north Seaside, quiet with ocean & promenade views. Very relaxing!

Beautiful Seaside Retreat!

We loved the location and the view. The home was nicely furnished and offered lots of extra details like games and kitchen gadgets. I would have given 5 stars, but the beds are so firm they hurt mine and my other family member's backs. I should have slept on the sofa, both of which are very nice.

Excellent enjoyable stay

Beautiful modern condo. Living room is quite spacious with direct ocean views. The kitchen is very modern and contemporary and well stocked with everything even a master chef would need. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Week

Promenade was the perfect place to stay! Away from the busier part of the beach but still on the boardwalk. Condo was a great size and very clean. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. Location was perfect! 10 min from Cannon Beach but super close to restaurants and fun. Seaside vacation rentals was easy to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again and again!

Beautiful rental and beach location

We loved the place. The check-in and checkout process was annoying though and not typical of other vacations rentals. That being said the staff were nice and downplayed the lengthy paperwork required and direct interaction required on check-in and check out. The paperwork on arrival was what you would see a home inspector fill out when buying a home. It was intimidating to see so much information required to determine its condition on arrival. We had 30 minutes to fill it out and sign prior to a representative arriving to collect it. That’s my only negative comment. Other than that everything was great and you won’t be disappointed with the condo or location. P.S. don’t bring a full size truck, parking is very tight.

Best view ever!!

My friends and I had the most wonderful time in Seaside this week. Not only was the view from our 4th floor penthouse stunning, but the unit was spotless and very comfortable. The staff answered all of our questions and even recommended some wonderful sites to see during our stay. The weather was fabulous which made the trip even better. We will be back again next year.
