Cozy 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Beach Bungalow!

This end unit at the Delray is just a 3 minute (1/8 mile) walk from the beach. Grab a Cape Cod novel, a “back pack” beach chair & your morning beverage (coffee from either your Keurig or Drip coffee pots) and head on down to Glendon Beach.

Maybe you prefer to sit on the spacious garden patio and decide where to savor the ocean air, blue sky and gentle breezes – bistro or umbrella table or perhaps choose one of the two lounges?

Then again …. there is always the shared in-ground pool, with new lounge furniture for this season. Enjoy this relaxing respite along with the open outside shower with both hot and cold running water.

Inside your bungalow is plenty of room to relax; the corner unit provides you light, fresh ocean air from 3 sides as you either watch the Smart TV, play one of the classic games (Including Cape Cod Trivia!), read one of the many best sellers based on the Cape or perhaps just enjoy the solitude along with a good cocktail!

Dining can be done in either your full kitchen or outside patio. Conveniently, there is a shared gas grill right outside your door!

You’ll love your oversized master bedroom with your private bath and flat screen TV. New Beach- White furnishings provide plenty of space for storing all those items you may have “over-packed”!

Bicycling is always fun on the Cape and the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail starts in Dennisport with several rental options along the route.

The owner has left many wonderful ideas on places to explore & experience and invites members of this special rental community to leave their own suggestions on where to go or dine to maximize your quintessential Cape Cod vacation. Perfect location

This property was perfect for my wife, 2 small children and myself. There are so many things within walking distance that once there you wouldn’t need to drive if you didn’t want to. Our favorite was having breakfast at the Sailing Cow down on the beach which is less then .2 miles from the property. The only downside was the pool wasn’t heated which we were told it was but in warmer months that wouldn’t be a problem.

Would rent this unit again, for sure!

The unit is very nicely appointed and had pretty much everything we needed. It's layout is really good and it is the prefect size for two adults and could probably accommodate a child too. The patio is very nice and quite large. We've stayed at Del Ray several times and this is the largest unit we've stayed in and it was a welcome change from the studio unit. Only downsize and the reason I rated a four and not a 5 is the showers. Although there are two bathrooms, a plus for sure, the showers are not great. The water flow is very low, but more importantly, the shower heads cannot be adjusted at all and are at an odd angle in the shower. But overall, it was great. You can't beat the location and the price was very reasonable for the size and quality of the unit. We will rent again, for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Very close to a nice beach. We have stayed in the Dennisport area many times and love it. We enjoyed a baseball game, a Cape Playhouse production and a CC Melody Tent concert. The unit was clean, the A/C worked well. Nicely decorated but not overdone, leaving lots of room for the renter's stuff. (It looks like the owner accepted a prior comment.) Nicely furnished: The bed was comfortable and I loved the electric Laz-Y-Boys. The refrigerator was a relic from the Disco era and needed to go. The Martha Murray team was terrific in dealing with this. They came over extremely promptly, gave us some ice for a cooler to tide us over, and went to a great deal of trouble to get a new refrigerator delivered by Tuesday mid-day. The pool and the condo's outdoor space are very nice. Check in/out was quick and easy.

Quiet rental close to everything you need on The Cape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good rental for the price I paid. Martha Murray was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again. The condo was a good size for my son and I. The sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on though. The unit definitely needs to be renovated. The beach is very close, which I loved but had too much seaweed. We had to drive to Mayflower Beach instead. The pool water was very clean and almost always empty. It was so nice to have it to ourselves. There was no noise whatsoever from neighbors, which was shockingly incredible. The grill was new and also very clean. The patio is spacious with a table large enough for 6 people. The lock on the patio gate is broken. The WiFi was inconsistent on my devices, but worked well on the tv. The location is good for kids. There are a lot of activities within a 15 minute drive.

The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach, and it was nice to have a pool. It is the perfect size for a couple, I would say it felt cramped with us plus our child. I would probably book something with 2 bedrooms for next year.Two items of constructive criticism: -The owners should get a new coffee maker. The current one (not the Keurig) leaks. -Athough it looks cute, there are too many knick knacks/clutter, which takes away from shelf space for renters to put items on in order to keep organized . This is especially important given the small space. Overall great, just thought those comments would help.

Cute and Convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay in this condo! Although it is attached to another unit, it feels separate and private. It was very clean when we arrived and is just enough room for a family of 4 with small children. The kitchen has all the essentials and is very functional for simple meals. It was convenient having two bathrooms, AC and the outside patio is a nice space to eat, relax, dry clothes and keep beach chairs and toys. The location is very close to the beach, just a few houses away and it is a nice area for morning runs/walks. We walked to the Sailing Cow, mini-golf and ice cream. Dennis port was a good location to go to Harwich, Chatham and even Wellfleet. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own air mattresses - we brought one twin which fit nicely in the bedroom but the mattresses in the pull outs were worn and springy and, unfortunately, the air mattress in the closet had a hole!
